I have used Caliber Collision for repair of my vehicle and have been extremely pleased with the work they’ve done. My insurance company was able to get my car in much sooner to Caliber Collision than to another place in town that I have used several times before. I feel like Caliber was much more thorough than the other business in the entire insurance claim process. Nothing against the other business, but I have decided to continue to use Caliber in the future due to my positive experiences with them.

I have used this shop’s expertise on at least 3 occasions and every time they have been very courteous, professional, prompt and accessible. They are great at keeping the customer informed throughout the process of repair and have completed the job ahead of schedule each time. The work is immaculate and I have never had an issue with a repair or the vehicles performance ( calibrations, etc) upon receipt. They are detail oriented and thorough in their repairs. I highly recommend them.

Chad & the team at Caliber are the way to go for vehicle repairs. They are very professional and do such a great job of keeping you informed & updated on your vehicle’s repair status. They knocked out the scope of work in no time at all, and the quality of craftsmanship was second to none. My truck looked as good if not better than when I first drove it off the dealership lot. They even assisted me with rentals as they have a great partnership with Enterprise. To whomever is reading this review, make no mistake- you need to use Caliber for your vehicle repair needs. They did an amazing job with my brand new car. When a freak accident occured after only owning it for 2 months, they got my vehicle looking brand new! They're extremely helpful and go out of the way to make sure you're taken care of. I hope I don't have to visit too often, but if I need collision/dent repair, they will have my business again. The front desk receptionist is really sweet and kind. Mike took care of the entire process from start to finish and made sure to inform me of every step. Every person I came in contact with at the Beauregard office was a joy to work with.

Mike took incredible care of me and my car. He kept in informed of where they were in the process, how long they expected this part to take, and what the next step would be. When I picked up my car (earlier than what was originally quoted), it looked like it had just been cleaned and detailed beyond the level a dealership would do to re-sell it as a used car. I will be using Caliber for any future repairs on my car and recommending it to anyone I hear needs their services!

My husband was told he had to pick up his mom's car As Is with no exceptions. I took down my last post only because the lady asked my husband to ask me to take it down. We'll, if his deceased mom's mustang didn't look like this i wouldn't be putting up another one. I don't know how to post video or picture. Previous Post- My husband has his deceased mom's mustang here and they want him to take the car as is just because they don't want to take the time to find an off the market bumper. How can anyone take their vehicle off the lot not fully corrected? You Can't. I will never recommend this place to anyone ever again."

Had a civic brought in for repair after hitting a deer. After getting the car back, I started having issues with running the car. It would take a long time to start, then, a week after getting the car, it wouldn't start anymore. Took it back to Caliber, who told me that someone had overfilled the transmission fluid and ruined the transmission. Caliber didn't want to take responsibility despite admitting that the fluid was a little low and they filled the transmission fluid. Finally, we were able to get Caliber to replace the transmission after insisting that they had damaged it, and the car was returned. Slightly over a month later, the transmission failed again despite being just replaced by Caliber. My father has been calling to discuss the warranty and about the transmission the car was replaced with, Caliber promises to call back according to him but have not yet after a week, and now I am once again out of having a car. Worst customer experience we have dealt with! An issue that should've been resolved three months ago, yet I have intermittently not have my car to this date!

Would not recommend!! Originally got in an accident May 2025 and had to take my car back multiple times for things they had missed while repairing. This was super inconvenient and put stress on finding additional transportation to get to/from the shop and my job. I was also told I would receive an update when my emblem would come in and months have passed and still have had no communication about that. At this point would rather keep my scratched emblem (that they also missed when repairing) then going through the hassle of trying to get that taken care of. Overall the experience was just additional stress, poor communicatin, and bad work.

Do you know Mike Nelson at Caliber Collison? If not, you're truly missing out on an elite customer service experience. This guy is unreal. After my car had an aggressive disagreement with a deer, Mr. Nelson stepped in like a superhero I didn't even know I needed. Communication was outstanding, stress was minimal, and somehow my car looks like it was never involved in that WWF match with Bambi. Out of this world service Mr. Nelson!

Would not recommend Caliber Collision to anyone. Issues that delayed our repair were either concerns brought up before the work or parts were even ordered or could’ve been proactively prevented by checking the reordered part to ensure fit instead of waiting until it was time to go in. Having to return the vehicle for 2 days because someone failed to properly attach hoses and wires that could lead to catastrophic motor and turbo damage is ridiculous. Door lock had to be fixed and the window still doesn’t work properly now but is it really worth the headache and stress when they turn out crappy incompetent work. Service advisors don’t know anything and will argue with you. Had very similar problems with a Caliber in another state so it’s not just local.

I had a small dent in my door and scratches on my fender. I took it in and the first time they said it was done there were buff marks in the paint under the clear coat. The second time they said the GM approved it and there was bubbles in the paint at the bottom of the door. I told them this is a brand new f150. It needs to be perfect. Finally the third time it was done right. Would not go there again. Terrible
