They took me out to my truck so I could look at the belt sure enough it was half off they saved me from a disastrous roadside assistance in the future by catching that belt that was about to break. They’ve done me a great job every time and that will be my go to shop all the time

Came in for a state inspection on a Saturday and the kind lady at the counter scheduled me for later that afternoon. When I came in later, they took down all my information quickly and even told me about other services they offer. Everybody was kind and courteous, and Billy is a great technician if you are ever looking for one!

Dropped my vehicle off for an alignment and was told the screen was green therefore it wasn’t needed. My husband explained it was needed due to the passenger side tire wearing out on the outside edge. The lady up front asked if I would leave my vehicle overnight and she would personally test the alignment to see for herself. She ran the test and it turned out it did need an alignment and it was done. When I picked my car up and was getting ready to pay, the same lady who attended me the day before attended me at the front desk said no charge. I was willing to pay but she insisted no need. This location showed integrity and did what they thought to be right. Thank you for listening and double checking before my travels this week. I felt at ease traveling knowing all is well with my tires and alignment.

Took my vehicle to Meinke and they ordered my parts for my engine turbo boost. They even filed with my car warranty. Amanda, Sammy, Sabol and the very nice head mechanic from the back in the mechanics bay, all listened to me patiently and explained what was wrong and how to take the next step. They worked as a team and they were professional, and courteous. I was at the San Angelo Meinke.

Love this place and staff. Had tires rotated this trip and was surprised to find that they had not reset the tire sensors and had not adjusted tire pressure appropriately (thus the 4 star). I’ll still go back. They might have just had an off day.

I wish I could give 10 stars. Amanda and Sammy working the front desk are the embodiment of excellent customer service! They are both amazing and fantastic people and workers. This was my first experience here(needing to fix another business’s oil change) and they far exceeded. Not only did they actually recommend fixtures to my car, they take pictures to back up their claims so you know they aren’t just taking your money. I’m upset it took me this long to take my car here, but I will never go another place as long as I live!

When i first called Sabal on New Year's Eve, he immediately went to work on my extended warranty company and arranged a free towing since I was within a 5 mile radius. Then, he called me at 2pm to say the water pump & thermostat were replaced. They were closing at 3pm. Sabal had the technician driving my vehicle to make sure there were no leaks. Sabal MOVED MOUNTAINS on a day that other companies couldn't match!!!

They didn’t rotate my tires when I got the oil changed like they said they were going to do. I had to make a second appointment to get the tires rotated. I went back again after they said they had fired the guy responsible for the mistake to get the oil changed and tires rotated and they just moved my tires from front to back. Not the correct way they are supposed to be rotated. I have a marked tire so I can trade its movement when rotated. Not a very good experience probably won’t go back a third time.

I had recently taken a cross country trip in my 7 year old Dodge Ram. On my way back to Texas I started noticing brake dust on my rims. Before I made it home I started noticing brake grab and pull & knew I needed a mechanic ASAP. I called Meineke in my hometown and they were able to get me in as soon as my schedule allowed. At this point I was a first time customer. Their establishment was clean and inviting. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and efficient! I will go back when in need.

Very polite and helpful, they only misdiagnose one thing, but it was a modified exhaust. I took my sister’s car and they helped make an account and were more than willing to fit me in their schedule. I would recommend this shop for your average checkup and fix! Once again super polite and pleasant!

I went in there after my Kia’s low oil pressure light came on, followed by my engine making knocking noises as I was doing a road trip, and they were so quick to help me. They offered me alternative options and were completely transparent with me about my car. The employees there are very knowledgeable. They have a strong comprehension on dealerships around the area too so if you’re willing to just get a new car they know we’re to go to. Really friendly people and quick service. Probably one of the best things about San Angelo.

Website says $49.99 oil change but when they finished, the bill was $85.69. I said "wait a minute". The site says $49.99 and the lady at the counter just said " you have to tell us before" (which no where in the site says that). After I got home I went to replaced the air filter and to my surprise the filter canister was missing a screw and it was not even attached to the throttle body at all. The cabin filter was missing the single screw that holds the filter door. First time using meineke and it will be the last. Do not recommend.

Great place with straightforward service. You can wait for your service or leave and come back. There is a nice waiting area with TV and magazines. The work was really great quality. The prices are good...you get what you pay for and I'm willing to pay for top service. They call when your vehicle is ready to go if you don't want to stay. They have an app that you can schedule your appointment and track work done. It includes great coupons. They do state inspections here.

I took my car to Meineke to have an engine light checked, and I was very impressed with their service. They not only identified the issue quickly, but they also advised me to check with the dealership because the repair was covered under an extended warranty—saving me money. On top of that, they didn’t charge me anything for the inspection. I truly appreciate the speed of the service and, most importantly, their honesty. Highly recommend!
