I am new in town and needed to have maintenance done on my car. When I pulled into the parking lot none of the attendants acknowledged me or gave directions. I parked and walked to the front where the attendants rudely said-just pull into the bay. I needed an oil change which typically includes checking everything like the air filter, oil filter, fluid levels, etc. They didn’t ask me if there was anything in particular I needed or wanted and when they came back to the lobby to say they were done, they didn’t mention anything except the oil. Overall very dissatisfied with the customer service and the overall service. I won’t be coming back for service with Valvoline.

I got an oil change, new air filter and my tire pressures taken care of...Alyssa was great she was very pleasant and helpful for me. I took my sons car in and I'm not familiar with it. So she new exactly how to work the system for all that we needed to do for updating it. Of course my San Angelo shop is always fast and friendly. Shout out to my guy Norbert he's also always friendly and helpful...I've been coming there for my autos since moving here, they're the best I truly appreciate them.

With all my years of getting my vehicle serviced with oil changes at other places, the Valvoline experience has been the best! I’ve been coming here for 3 years, and I won’t go anywhere else. I have never had a bad experience with these guys/gals. They are very fast & efficient; friendly service. And the bonus is, you get to stay in your car! Kelton the manager is awesome, as well as the rest of the crew.

I went there for a convention oil change and had a coupon for 50% off. The service attendant scanned it and said it wasn't valid. The coupon expiration date said was valid until 1/18/26. He didn't even make an attempt to find out why it wouldn't register. I proceeded with oil change after finding a $10 off coupon. After paying for the oil change I noticed a additional charge of $13 for Extra Oil. This totally negates the so called $10 discount. Also the young kid that was checking the fluid levels was not really focused on his job. He dripped oil all over engine and left fingerprints all on the outside of the hood and guard. He also reinserted the dip stick lettering upside (I know I'm being picky, but still) The attendant also asked if I wanted the tire pressure at 40 PSI and I told him yes to later find out they didn't do that either. I think I'll be shopping around for something better.
