I had the misfortune to hit a deer with my 2017 Ford edge called Jim Bass Ford , for an appointment for estimate and repair, appointment was for the very next day. I met with Keith Rollins, very professional, helpful, and pleasant. The work took two weeks to complete, Keith kept me informed on the progress and the work was completed on time. Had Keith Rollins help with my truck after getting into a bad wreck. Was really upset when it happened, but now I couldn’t be happier. My truck looks brand new!
