Pulled up a few mins before they closed, guy watched us pull up, locked the door and walked away... I know it's frustrating when people show up right at closing time, but damn they close at 6, it's hard to get to them any other time.... We already knew what we needed where it was at and didn't need any help... Must be nice to not need the business

I went in and needed multiple parts to purchase this afternoon for my vehicle.Parts were found by store employee effectively and parts that were not found they were ordered right then. In order for me to pick them up first thing in the morning.Told employee that I was going to need a few more parts once the ones I purchased were installed.I will most definitely be returning to this parts store.

Second time i have visited the store for car paint. The first time the man helping was knowledgeable on how to find the code on my car for the paint. But extremely unfriendly. This second time I went in the first man to help me was super nice and tried to help me. He did not know where to find the code so he asked his coworker to help him. They went outside to look then they both came back and he had the first guy tell me I had to go to the Cadillac dealership for the code. Again he was very unfriendly. I looked online to see how to find the code. It is in the hatchback area on the right hand side under a velcroed panel. I called to let the first guy who tried to help me who was so friendly this information. They lost my sale to online but that first guy sure did his best to help me. He had only been in the job for two weeks and was still Learning. Companies complain they can’t get good help. People leave jobs because of management not because of the work.

Use to be the old Landers Automotive. Great customer service more of. Amom and pop feel. Yes it take a min to be served. But the experience and prices are well worth it. Best Brake pads ever made are the Raybestoes Brake Pads to me high quality verse any top brand of Advance Auto, O'Reilly Automotive or Auto Zone. Go check it and also the paint store 90 percent of San Angelo body shops use. Get your parts where people treat you as family.
