Customer service was overall good. I feel like some communication could have been a bit better between each other at caliber because my vehicle was returned with damages or improper repairs in areas that weren’t originally damaged. Thankfully Caliber was willing to own up to this and make the needed repairs without charging me. It was only inconvenient my car was out for almost a month. My advice is if you own a Subaru be weary of getting repairs done here and go to a Subaru dealership instead so they can properly repair your vehicle.

They do great work, between the repair person, the painter, mechanic, the washer that cleaned the car after it was all said and done, AMAZING JOB! No complaints. They even took care of some small issues as well that wasn't expected. My Red Beauty looks nearly brand new again.

Wonderful service! I scheduled a drop off appointment at Caliber Collision with my auto claim and booked a rental to pick me up at their location… The rental was 30+ minutes late to come get me and Caliber Collision offered to drop me off at the Enterprise branch! Excellent experience with Caliber Collision. Jeff Rios was my service advisor and he was super helpful every step of the way. Had significant front damage to my Tacoma and they made it look amazing. They also facilitated insurance process to move seamlessly. There were a couple small details that I mentioned when I first received the vehicle and Jeff was very attentive and they went above and beyond to make things pristine, even working around my schedule.
