I feel like some communication could have been a bit better between each other at caliber because my vehicle was returned with damages or improper repairs in areas that weren’t originally damaged. Thankfully Caliber was willing to own up to this and make the needed repairs without charging me. It was only inconvenient my car was out for almost a month. My advice is if you own a Subaru be weary of getting repairs done here and go to a Subaru dealership instead so they can properly repair your vehicle.
