If I could give a 0 star review I would!!!! Terrible customer service. Got into an accident 6+ months ago and insurance wanted to use this place for auto body repairs. Every single time I’ve called to ask about the progress I have only been met with rude comments. 4 MONTHS later we got the car back, looked fixed but now that it’s raining the whole inside of my car is damp, never had this issue before. When we just called to have it fixed some guy named Nick basically just argued with us and talked over us said it’s not his job. Don’t bring your vehicles here unless you’d like to be belittled and made to feel like you’re stupid!!

My car was extremely clean when I got it back! Super nice to see a shop able to fix my car in a timely manner and give it back to me cleaner than I left it! the young kid that took me home was also very polite and a ray of sunshine in my time of darkness. Would recommend to anyone looking to get a car fixed

I just had a FANTASTIC experience with Caliber Collision. I had backed into some blackberries bushes & even heard the scraping. I was just in the area & decided to see what they could do. They washed the car & he said he only had to buff out a couple spots! They sent me on my way without even charging me for a car wash! I told them that they have my business for life!!!

I’m so glad our insurance company chose Caliber Collision on Lewis St, Salem OR for the repair after a single vehicle accident. Although not all parts of the front end were damaged, several pieces were. Replacing just the crumpled parts could have left us with a patchwork or parts and almost-matching paint colors. Instead, the work was flawless and seamless. The electric was repaired with the same level of expertise as the body work. Their communication throughout was excellent and the staff both courteous and knowledgeable. Highly recommend this shop!

Had my wifes 2016 mustang gt/pp in here for front end damage and everything looked great until next day I got a check engine code for AAT (Ambient air temp sensor) out of range. Didn't think anything of it, well a while later got a new sensor and went to install it and they cut my old sensor out including the factory plug. No reason why they would need to but now I gotta source a factory plug to pin in thanks to these guys. Will never use them again. Ill go back to Dabler auto body haven't had an issue when they worked on my cars.

Booked an appointment to get a written estimate for my car. They informed me they don't write estimates for progressive. I asked them to give me a written estimate anyways, after a lot of back and fourth with staff and the service advisor Nicolas he finally came out to my car and proceeded to tell me how headlight was not damaged. I had to open my hood and pull the whole headlight out. I've never received such poor treatment from an autobody shop that wanted my money.

I cannot say enough good things about Caliber Collision! I sideswiped a telephone pole and due to the extent of the damage my car was towed to another city. I worked with Nick at the Salem location. He was proactive, communicative, and kept me up to date throughout the entire repair process. I received information from my insurance company the car had been deemed a total loss. I called Nick frantic because the repairs were going well and we were on schedule. Nick spoke with my auto insurance company to clarify with them that a miscommunication had taken place and my car was not a total loss. My insurance company layer verified it was an error, and reinforced The information Nick shared with me. Caliber Collision initially estimated the repairs would be completed by 2/27/25, but we were waiting for one last part and the car was completed on 2/28/25, close to end of business. Caliber Collision actually had my car towed from the Salem directly to my home. I couldn't believe it! It's amazing to me what they were able to do for me and my car. I wouldn't hesitate to use Caliber Collision again. I couldn't be more pleased with the customer service, or recommend them highly enough.

Love this company. I have worked with them 2 times on my vehicle, and they are efficient, friendly, and very informative. I wouldn't take my vehicle any where else.
