Caliber Collision came recommended to me by my insurance company. I dropped by car off on 4/4 and picked it up on 5/8. At that time they were still missing two pieces (a trim piece and sun visor clip). They were on back order and I was told they would call me when those parts came in. I called on 5/18 to see if they'd received the pieces, and they still hadn't come in. On 5/20 a different trim piece from the repaired side of the vehicle fell off while I was driving. I called Caliber Collision on 5/22 since they're not open on the weekends. I explained what had happened to two different people, and then I sent pictures via e-mail and text. I was told they would review the photos and call me back that day. I hadn't heard anything by Weds 5/24 so I called back. I was told I would get a call back in a few minutes. Two days later, still no call back. I reached out again on Friday 5/26 and, like before, I was told I would hear back in "a few minutes." It has been over a week since I first reached out and we've gotten no closer to resolution. Extremely frustrated with the lack of communication and customer service I've received since picking up the vehicle.

The staff at this location is superb. Not only are they patient and kind, but they handle challenging situations with grace. Lisa was so accommodating to me with scheduling and I truly appreciated her working around my schedule. Jordan explained the services in a way I could understand, which was something I didn’t experience when receiving other estimates. For most of us, this is a frustrating and at times shameful (that’s why they call them accidents!) situation to be in, and it’s really important to feel seen and taken care of. You’re in good hands here. Update: I picked my car up today and am absolutely impressed by the incredible job done by the caliber collision team. Overall, the work took just short of a month. I was constantly updated via text and phone call on the progress of my vehicle. I am so pleased with the service and quality I received.

They did a great job on the body damage. It was easy to drop off the vehicle on the scheduled date, and they helped arrange getting me a rental. The staff @ the downtown location were very helpful and professional. I appreciate getting the text messages of the vehicle's status. Be aware, however, the Caliber's "Lifetime Warranty" has fine print. The "lifetime" portion applies I suppose to their paint/body work, but parts are covered only by the part mfr, which seems to average around 1 yr. I think they should be clearer about what exactly they warrant. It is misleading. Two years ago an accident damaged the driver's-side headlight. The replacement headlamp (from the OEM) failed in less than a year, its aim was off. We didn't see an urgency in getting it fixed right away. By the time we did arrange repair, more than a year had passed and the warranty had expired! The headlamp assembly had to be replaced. The part alone cost over $1,400. and it's a Mazda -- it's not a BMW or Lexus!!

They were slammed because Nashville had just begun to come alive again after the terrible ice storm but she made me feel like I was top priority.
