Work was finished a week earlier than expected. Mel in the Holland office was very professional and kept us informed every step of the way. The repair work was exceptional, the car looks like new. Caliber had my Honda Odyssey for 6 weeks due to a deer hitting my rear driver side panel . They explained to me that the time required was 42 hours and they needed my car for 4 weeks. After they missed the deadline I felt like they were making excuses and not being honest about why they needed it longer. I ended having to rent a car for an added cost of $1500.

I had insurance send me here and I am extremely satisfied with my experience. Melanie is so sweet and she helped me out with everything that needed to be set up. She also called on my behalf with other services that was created through insurance. Caliber Collision communicated with me throughout the week by call and text to update me on my car. They were able to get my front bumper fixed and painted within less than two weeks. When I came to pick up my car, I didn't expect them to do interior cleaning as well, but they did and I am forever thankful. I will definitely recommend this place to family and friends!

First time someone backed into our car while it was parked and recently when the whole side of our car had been scratched. Both times Caliber did an excellent job on the cars! They treat our cars with care and you would never know there had been damage done! They were wonderful to work with! Very kind and kept us up to date on how the job was going! Our insurance company recommended Caliber Collision. After getting a quote on our deer damage at another recommended place, it was a no-brainer after talking with Mel and Zach. Both were so helpful in helping us understand the process and what needed to be done. I was told to plan on two weeks for our repair as a "worst case scenario". Though I was warned, when I heard it would be two weeks, it was disappointing because that fell at a very busy day for us during the holidays. Zach said he would do his best to expedite by a day less. That was more acceptable. I was so surprised and pleased when I was called in the morning of the 4th day they had it, that it was done!!! Mel and Zach were so nice and so accommodating! When we went to pick up our car, Zach even moved it into the garage out of the icy parking lot so my husband wouldn't fall getting into it! They kept us informed throughout and were so nice! So highly recommend Caliber Collision of Holland!

And my car was very clean and the repairs was done very professionally. They answered all the questions that I had for them.
