From my initial inquiry with Caliber, Alicia was patient and provided me with the necessary details I required. After my second or third call thereafter, Wendy was equally helpful, so I did not miss a beat when Joe Ly reached out to provide me with details of my car repair. Not only did they keep me informed of their progress via text message, but I also received phone calls with updates, and ultimately, the repair work took less than two work days to complete! It's rare to find a helpful, professional TEAM who stands by their word. I'm genuinely grateful they helped improve a lousy car situation with exceptional service and support. I initially called first and learned that there are two locations in Pasadena, one on Colorado and one on Walnut. I was informed that the Walnut location had fewer cars in for service so opted for them. I have a condition called essential tremors, making it very difficult for me to write, so the front desk person very kindly filled in the info form for me. Within just a couple of hours, I was informed as to estimated completion and cost. From there, I was notified via text every few days of the progress and was pleased to learn that my vehicle would be done two days prior to the original estimate. Upon completion, I inspected the vehicle and found all the parts replaced to be straight and in perfect alignment, and paint was match perfectly. The car looked as good as when it was first purchased. Auto Club’s insurance listed Caliber Collision as a recommended repair shop and, since they paid for the repairs, I didn’t have to search for the lowest priced estimates. Hence, I have know idea of comparative pricing, but for quality repairs and satisfaction, I highly recommend Caliber Collision.

I recently had a great experience with Caliber Collision. Hugo really took the time to hear out my concerns and what I wanted. Especially after receiving an outrageous estimate from another shop, Hugo was interested in getting me the best deal. Not only was my car repaired in less time than expected, the actual cost was also less than the estimate and they were kind enough to wash/polish my car. This place is definitely worth the business.
