Maria, Edna & Ricardo were all so nice! The ladies at the front desk are amazing & one of the major reasons I chose this facility. Maria answered all my questions when I first called (I was previously a loyal Siedner's customer) and made sure to inform me that the insurance would be accepted & the process. I was so happy with the phone call and she made it so easy! Edna, was incredibly sweet when I came into the office & also kept me informed about everything going on. Ricardo gave detailed information about how my car would be repaired and made sure to answer every question I had. He went above and beyond! I can't say enough great things about Maria & Edna, they really know how to be welcoming. I loved the work. It is seamless, sleek, and beautiful! Please thank everyone behind the scenes for all their hard work and dedication. I can't thank you guys enough, you are so appreciated! Got into a fender bender and wrecked my front bumper. In less than two weeks they were able to bring back my car to life. I left my car dirty inside and out and they gave it to me waxed inside and out with tired dressing. The car looked brand spanking new. Customer service was excellent and I highly recommend them.
