Everyone knows I hop so I don't have to tell you about the food. What I can say is there service at this location has gotten better. I had your typical omelet with pan cakes, the server was prompt and friendly he checked on my regular. Overall a very nice experience from a year ago.

Why bother heading somewhere else where you don't know if they are tacking on extra work. I love Bender's! They let you know what needs to be done and gets it done at a reasonable rate. They are not the "cheapest" shop, and frankly why would you want the "cheapest" parts on your car? I had the "cheapest" parts on my last car and that guy is spending money on a new A/C!

RUDE! I came in with an appointment at 1:00 for a steering alignment. I walk up to the office and I am about to enter, and this little lady tells me "let's go outside" I tell her about my 1:00 PM appointment and she says "we don't have any appointments at 1:00, no one is here that can do alignments" then she says "leave your truck here, we will call you in a few hours" I spoke to Mike yesterday, he said to come in at 1:00 and I can just wait because it will only take 30 minutes. He was out to lunch at 1:00 so I waited in the parking lot. Next a little old man with a severe case of small man's complex comes running out and says "what's with the attitude" long story short I went to bear frame and wheel and it was cheaper and everyone was really nice, they also let me wait for it to be done. About 20 minutes.

Our daughter had been experiencing problems with her car not starting, she had tried with other shops to resolve the issue unsuccessfully, obviously very frustrating. We took it to Benders and they were able to isolate the problem and found a few other things that we thought were just characteristics of the car but obviously were serious issues. Thanks for getting her on the road and relieving her underlying stress that she would get stuck somewhere!!

Benders is my go to repair shop for my 2013 Scion FR-S. I recently had my car in to rebuild my FR-S motor due to a valve spring breaking. The engine rebuild exceeded my expectations. Great service with an emphasis on professionalism. Tom and Mike were so easy to work with and very friendly. This is a great auto repair shop. I would recommend this shop to anyone.

We’ve (entire family, over 10 vehicles) been taking our vehicles to Benders over the past 10-15 years. Mike and Tom and have always treated us fairly. I’ve never felt taken advantage of or pushed into something I wasn’t entirely sure of. Their work is timely and superb. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO BENDER AUTO IN COVINA I was charged 1500 dollars for the work they claimed they did on my vehicle. I’ve taken the same car to two different auto repair shops. They have verified that no work was done and recommended to take it back to Bender. Mike and his boss dishonest!!!

I've had nothing but good luck with benders. They're always straightforward and get work done in a fairly reasonable time frame. Their cost for labor seems pricey but I've seen places charge more and the quality of work and how fast they get it done didn't even compare to how good bendors was all around. You can pay for what you got and you really get your money's worth going to them. I would highly and do highly recommend to friends, family and strangers. The only time I have problems is if I bring them the wrong part which is totally 100% not their fault.
