I was recommended by Chris over at Covina Chevrolet because that’s where I bought my vehicle at. I was contacted by Walter within minutes of me contacting Covina Chevrolet. He walked me through the process of what needed to be done and he help out with the process the most he could explain. Unfortunately my vehicle is not repairable, and it was to be declared a total loss. Definitely recommend them. They did explain to me that they use only OEM parts no aftermarket. If you’re ever in need for a Body Shop, I definitely recommend this place.

I chose ACG specifically because they are certified to work on my make and model, which gave me confidence in the quality of the repairs. While the work on my vehicle appears to be done well, the overall experience was frustrating due to poor communication. My estimate was never made available, I only spoke with my estimator once, and follow-up responses were neither prompt nor clear. This lack of communication made the process more difficult than it needed to be. To be fair, the receptionist and other staff members I interacted with were pleasant and professional, but the customer service from my assigned estimator fell short of expectations.
