Took my truck to them for an oil change. The engine takes 3 1/2 quarts with a new oil filter. They put 5 1/2 quarts in. If they had checked the specs on my vehicle beforehand, they would have known. I went somewhere more competent to drain the excess oil. Fortunately, there was no damage.

Jerry is the owners name he is seriously the guy to go to for an alignment & more! He really knows his stuff he checked to see if everything was aligned in every way possible even checked to see if the tires were defective as well just to make sure the alignment was correct. Also even shows you what's what and wrong and explains it to you as well unlike other places which don't even know what they're doing and just give you a chart at the end which you don't understand. I would highly recommend and definitely go back whenever I need another alignment done. Really good customer service as well.

Very proffessional and does not waste your time. You vehicle be taken care of in a time matter and problem corrected. Not only do they do alignments on wheels, they do various work all around. Went to Midas at Pasadena for back wheel alignment issue (after accident) from body shop referral, they can’t find the problem. Tire keep mAke weird noises until found out - saw wires on side tires. Went to tire shop and the worker recommend Undercar Specialist. They check once and found the problem (bend screw) They order part and whalaaaaa..... my car running like new.

I've been a client of Jerry for years. Great guy, super trustworthy, knows what he is doing, and gets it done for a very reasonable cost. My last repair was the fuel pump/sending unit on my Tahoe. Difficult repair because the entire gas tank has to come down. Got it done perfect and in good time. He's done everything under the rainbow for my 20 cars I have had (photos are just a few of my cars Jerry has kept them going). So highly recommend him for all your vehicle needs. Please understand that he runs a small shop almost on his own and is very popular so be patient as sometimes he gets busy, he is worth it!!
