Increasingly difficult to work with. Repair was physically correct, but painted body panel wrong color. Now in a fight with insurance and caliber to “blend” the paint correctly with the other panels of the car, which should have been done correctly the first time. Caliber wants insurance to pay for something that they already should have done and should be fixing themselves. Service advisor Andy was rude and refused to accept that mistakes were made on the part of caliber collision. Initially claimed it was supposed to look that way, then deferred to asking for more money from insurance. Regardless of whether insurance covers this or not, it’s an indicator of sloppy or rushed quality work from Caliber. Avoid if possible, be prepared to fight with your service advisor and insurance here. Edit: added photo showing panel color difference from roof color. Edit 01/20/2025: On 01/13/2025 I reached out to the community email in the comment below. Still have not heard back from them. Also on 01/13/2025 I reached out to Caliber to get a status on the insurance supplement for correcting the paint issues. I was promised a call back, but never received one. On 01/15/2025 I reached out to Caliber to find out that the supplement has been approved but they will need to car for 2 weeks, this is way too long for a small paint correction. Caliber stated they would pursue a rental for me, but I still haven’t heard back as of 01/21/2025. Looks like I’ll have to reach out again to find out. Without poking and prodding them every step of the way, nothing seems to get done over here. -Denver

Can’t say enough great things about this Caliber Collision location. I had to send my car in after it was hit by another driver and sustained significant damage to the bumper, which needed to be completely replaced. The team (specifically TC) went above and beyond to repair it, turning a very upsetting event into a positive experience. TC kept in touch throughout the entire process, providing updates and ensuring me that my car would be returned in like-new condition (which it was). Definitely would return should I ever need to in the future! The quality of work and care is unmatched.

I don’t have enough nice things to say about this shop! Someone ran into my Defender and really wrecked the front corner and steering. They repaired it perfectly and more quickly than we anticipated. They were very good to keep us informed about the status of the repair and even arranged with our insurance to have the car shipped back to us because we live out of town. Highly recommend.

Took my ‘25 Ram 1500 here for minor repairs. Randy & TC provided the best experience possible. Insurance dragged their feet (as usual) but once Caliber got approval and parts, they were after it and I got my truck back within days. I'm Barbara Sanders and I was the main contact throughout the process. The updateds were regular and the caller was courteous and thorough. Very pleased with the repairs. However we expressed some concerns when we picked up our car and were told someone would get back with us. No one has called and our concerns still have not been addressed. Will not take it back to that location again for that reason. There was a small scratch on the passenger front bumper and I thought when making the repairs they would have addressed that as well just as a courtesy, in the In my opinion. Because we had several shops to choose from and I thought our business would be appreciated. Obviously not, I'm sure they have loads of business. Thanks for listening.

This specific Caliber Collision is not close to my home, but it is the one I chose to repair my car because they are Volkswagen (and many other makes) certified, which is helpful because they can order OEM parts directly and have the technology needed to recalibrate the safety systems in house. I used this location in 2015 to repair my car then, and I returned this June to repair my current one because I was impressed with them the first time. I had the same positive experience a decade later. I am grateful for the team here - I had quite a bit of damage to the side of my car, and the gentleman who worked on it was able to repair everything beautifully and replaced what was beyond repair in a way that was nearly seamless. The paint work is impeccable and matched perfectly to the rest of the car. My advisor was friendly and communicative, and made sure any questions I had were answered. They had my car ready at the estimated date of completion even with parts delivery times slowing them down. When I went to pick up my car, I noticed a small detail with an interior trim piece that was overlooked and it was immediately fixed for me; no excuses, no push back, just taken care of.

Caliber Collision, on “white settlement road” is awesome! My car was towed to them, where I had major front end damage on my BMW X5. I thought the car was a total loss! However, rep “TC” called me immediately & resumed the car is good. He started ordering parts and got my car back together in a matter of weeks! My car looks & drives amazing! I’m updating my review now that the repair is complete, and I’m very happy with the overall experience at Caliber Collision. From start to finish, the communication was excellent and consistent. Shirley at the front desk was always friendly, helpful, and welcoming, and Andy, my service advisor, did a phenomenal job keeping me informed throughout the entire process. The repair did take an extra day so they could recheck body alignment, which I actually appreciated because it showed attention to detail rather than rushing the job. The vehicle was returned clean, well-finished, and driving great. Accidents are never easy to deal with, but Caliber Collision made the process smooth and stress-free. Based on the quality of work, communication, and professionalism, I would confidently recommend them to anyone needing collision repairs.
