I most definitely feel disrespected at this point. I'm not sure if it's because i'm a woman or a non hispanic. I got towed here, I was clearly next since i was the only one here until hispanic male pulled up and they decided to pull him in and change my tire he just street. I feel so disrespected.

Worst place to go I went in for a simple patch he started on my car then walked away to help two other customers then went back to mine. And the prices are way too high compared to other tire shops. Just went here because it was the closest one to me.

This store sold us 4 bad tires. We paid for brand new tires-we paid full price. With purchase they were suppose to give us an alignment and balance. As soon as we got on the interstate our truck started vibrating very badly- we drove straight to our dealership- they said tires weren’t aligned and after several attempts the dodge dealership said the tires were bad and unbalanceable. We went back to Gomez several times and they won’t make it right. They ripped us up- DO NOT BUY TIRES FROM HERE. The tires are rejects and will not balance. They are seconds and represented as new. We are out all this money. Very sad someone would take advantage of others and will not work with us. They told us to call manufacturer. We didn’t do business with the manufacturer. 100% scam.

AVOID THIS PLACE: The Epitome of Unprofessionalism and Shady Practices Avoid this establishment. This shop is the very definition of difficult, shady, and unprofessional. I visited for a simple vehicle inspection. While I was sitting in my car, one of the technicians, driving another customer's vehicle, collided with my car. Incredibly, the employee didn't offer so much as an apology; he simply went about his day as if nothing had happened. Fortunately, the damage wasn't significant. However, resolving the matter with the "manager" on duty was an ordeal. After thirty minutes of back-and-forth, it felt like talking to a wall. The initial resolution offered was to bring the car back and drop it off so they could take it to "their body guys," who would "most likely give some quote that would buy a can of spray paint." When I asked if I could simply take it to their preferred shop to get a quote, I was told that wasn't possible; I had to drop the car off for them to drive it there. I explained that this was my family vehicle and I could not leave it, especially since my wife was due to give birth the following day. The manager insisted this was my only option. I then proposed taking it to my own trusted body shop, whose work I know well from prior experience with multiple vehicles. The manager then changed his mind, stating I could take it to my guy, but only if I still brought the car back to their facility to be left for a few hours so they could obtain photos for their records. The damage could have easily been assessed via photo documentation, but he insisted on this unnecessary step. Seeking a more reasonable solution, I asked to speak with the owner. The conversation with the owner only devolved further. He essentially repeated the manager's points but then removed my option to use my own body shop entirely. To summarize: I was hit by their employee on their property, and my only option for resolution was to leave my family vehicle with an establishment I had completely lost trust in due to their handling of the situation—and the repair would only be done by their contractor. This is the most difficult, unprofessional, and shady establishment I have ever encountered. Save yourself the time and frustration; do not go here. Proceed with a fair warning. If you have had a similar bad experience, I urge you to report this place.
