I look at it this way....When "God forbid" you have to have surgery on any part of your body, you want that surgeon to be the best and not remove anything that doesn't need to be removed, and only fix what he Is suppose to, and make it as painless as possible. We'll that's the way I look at my mechanic! And I pass a lot of mechanic shops on the way to Performance Auto. And it's worth the nearly 20 mile trip for that kind of car surgeon!

Cecil was upfront and honest with price and time to complete. They put some eibach lowering springs on my 2017 mustang gt. Looks amazing and alignment was laser precise. Car runs on rails straight as an arrow. Definitely recommend

Worst experience ever dealing with an auto shop.Mechanic took our car apart and didn’t bother putting back together. AAA towed our car to the shop because it wouldn’t start he supposedly parked it in the wrong spot so they asked us to call them again to move ithe car Across the parking lot. They could have moved it. Charges us &135 and a credit card fee to give us back the car in pieces. Owner bad mouthed triple AAA threatening to call his tow truck driver if we didn’t get it moved and then expected us to do business with him. Mechanic down the street charged $30 to fix what they took apart and left in pieces. Don’t use Performance Auto worst customer service and they will take you for what they can!!

My vehicle had really weird symptoms and I'm tight on money. Cecil was amazing! I had a diagnosis within a couple hours. He drove me home and kept my vehicle overnight. It was done by early afternoon the next day. He came and picked me up in my car and I drove him back to the shop. Very fair pricing! Less than $400 for replacing lower control arm and an alignment. I highly recommend!

Miss KIDD failed to say that AAA wrecker parked her car in front of my bay doors. Blocking them & the wrecker driver locked the car up & didn't leave the keys anywhere for us & then it took her 3 or 4 days to track down the AAA wrecker to find her keys & then she authorized us to remove valve cover for inspection & it had jumped timing due to her having no oil in the motor for the timing chain tensioner to work & then refused the repair & she said not to put back together because she was getting rid of it....So there it the true story...Anybody who knows me know I don't do business like she said. I haven't been here for 35 years operating like she said.... I have very great customer's. Really sorry she feels the way she does....

Wasted 14 thousand dollors leaks every where my hooker header fell off with in the first month they could never get my sniper system working correctly and they blame everything in Jasper motors because was a crate motor they put together and never had ran correctly leaks everywhere and they don’t wanna help in any way

My dad was recommended by the owner to get a Jasper crate motor and sniper fuel system which they said would run right and it’s being parked 2 years they never have time and couldn’t get it fixed
