I’ve been very happy with Jim and the team at Caliber Collision in Elgin – my car has been hit 3(!) times in the past year and a half; each time I’ve taken it to them for the repairs and the car has looked fantastic afterwards. Communication has always been clear and they’ve gone the extra mile to answer any questions and address any issues. Starting with the online estimate they send very detailed breakdowns of the work to be done; and I was surprised at how accurate the online estimate usually was even though it was based on cellphone pictures. Once the work started any changes would be communicated through text and updated estimates were available. They have a relationship with Enterprise car rental nearby so getting a rental was easy – Enterprise picked me up at the shop and when I returned to pick up the car Caliber took the rental from me so I didn’t even have to deal with returning it. My car is black which tends to show imperfections, honestly after each repair there was no hint of the fact that there once was damage.

Just returned home with my newly repaired car from Caliber Collision in Elgin. This was done through insurance after another driver rear ended up bumper. The process could not have been smoother. From making an appointment to drop it off, to Progressive sharing the information with them, the estimates and communication, especially from my contact, Brandon, could not have been easier or more enjoyable. Such a nice guy to walk me through what to expect. The repair team went above and beyond and my car looks better than ever. They even cleaned the inside! If I need any other repairs, I will definitely be going back to Caliber in Elgin!!

Repairs looked great and were done quicker than anticipated. So I got my car 6 days earlier than expected and they even called as soon as they were done and were even willing to make any arrangement necessary that was convenient for me in terms of pick up.
