★★☆☆☆ So let me start by saying that these guys are super helpful and I genuinely appreciate the assistance in finding the electrical plug that was not available through the dealer. However, it is difficult to understand the amount of price gouging in which they engage. First of all, I am pretty well versed on this stuff, but hadn’t taken the time to research this plug. Either way, my sales rep was super helpful and found it in about 10 minutes. He sent me an invoice for $150 for a single sixteen pen plug. I thought that was high, wow! However, I figured that the expertise was worth something and it definitely was. When I received the part and started looking at the plug I was able to determine the part number and find it for $15 shipped to my door! Expertise is appreciated, but there is a line that is excessive. I called to verify if there was a pricing error, but was told that their expertise is worth it and that they have a different supplier of that part. I would be glad to send them the eBay link and I would be happy to help in any way to find a different supplier to not price gouge their customers. However, if I had to guess they get it cheaper than $15 and charge you 10x on the item. Great guys, great service, bad taste in my mouth and I won’t use again. Best of luck to you, but if you’re looking for help try these guys. They are definitely willing to take advantage!

★☆☆☆☆ I ordered 2 side marker plugins for a chryser 300 at $131 a piece. The total with shipping was around $300. I went on amazon found the same thing for $13. They wound not accept a return even when I said I would pay for the shipping and restocking fee. I would try amazon or some wear else before you buy from them.
