To damn expensive. Before they even start your repair there is a Inspection Fee of 85.00 which took about an hour to complete. Then your told what they recommend be done beside what you are there for in the first place. The part cost for what I was there for was 95.00. Without any of there suggested repairs the Labor cost was over 360.00 dollars. I was there at 7:30 and out at 9:30.

I recently purchased a used F-150 from Hopkins Ford and I am EXTREMELY SATISFIED! I called the dealership and asked for Arturo (because of so many great reviews about him). He immediately answered all of my questions, was extremely responsive and helpful. I showed up a few hours later, the truck was cleaned up parked out front ready to go. I spent less than 40 minutes at the dealership. I had some questions after the sale and Arturo was again, very responsive and helpful! Thanks again Arturo and Hopkins Ford for a great experience.

Bought my first car here. No credit/no co-signer. Didn’t get to view the lot. I was 18 & was given a car 10+ years old because “that’s what the bank would approve”. APR was set at 25%. I went back the next day and tried to back out. The son who sold me the car, Hopkins… just got me out the door and wouldn’t deal with me the next day. I paid my down payment in cash. I left & seen over 10 bad reviews. I wish I would’ve looked before making the purchase.

If I could give zero stars I would. I spoke with Angel about buying a car offered sticker price and would pay the freight. We agreed, and then they sold the vehicle without so much as a phone call to inform me. So if you like these kind of business practices then go to this dealership.
