The Tech Campos’ body work is phenomenal and would not know it had been repaired. I love Caliber Collision. They repaired my car after I was rear ended in an accident and it looks great. I received great customer service start to finish. They sent me fantastic updates on my car to keep me informed of the repairs as they were being completed. In addition my car was completed before the scheduled due date. I was happy to find when picking the car up it looked fantastic and was clean inside and out. They even provided a wonderful scent to go with the car wash that was provided. Thank you Caliber for making a stressful time go smoothly and helping me get back on the road.

I had my 1 year old Audi got rear ended and went into this shop through insurance. Lincoln was very professional and I could just feel that I’m in good hands right off the bat. Repair was completed way earlier than they first estimated. Lincoln kept me informed with updates without having me to call in to ask for updates. After the first repair I had some minor concerns and Lincoln and his manager Jason took care of this very well also. Even on some minor things that was barely noticeable, they made sure all these tiny concerns are taken care of without me having to feel like I’m too demanding. After all my Audi came out as if nothing happened. Very happy with the experience and I’d recommend this shop to anyone around the area!

I recently use them, (Onrario shop) their friendly and kept me posted on my vehicle, but remember, i was not there to make friends, car needed fixing and I ben to OTHER Caliber locations, where they have done a better job, I not 100% pleased with their work, received van with extra damage, their first reaction, was that it was there when drop of, thank god I had pictures of accident and extra damage was not in pictures,,,YES they did fix it but, adjuster did nit listen to my request, they left hood open cause bat died,,,whole engine comparment was all full of sanding power, I had to pressure wash engine, parts weapers were found inside air intake tube, paper instructions of parts they only replaced...and for this reason, I wouldn't use them again..

Fantastic experience. Got a quote from a different caliber but took my jeep here to be repaired. Met with Jason the manager and he introduced me to my consultant Jose. Both were very friendly. Jason even made me a cup of coffee! They explained the process and set me up with enterprise for a rental. They gave me a ride to enterprise which was also a good experience. Jose kept me consistently updated. They found more damage and worked it out with allstate. Everything was handled quickly and my jeep was completed before the quoted time. Picked up my jeep and it was washed and looking good. They helped with returning my rental and everything was settled as promised. Can't think of anything else that could be done better. Thank you guys for a great experience!
