Horrible place to take your car , older owner the (the.woman) had horrible service I had my Camaro there over a year and all they was buy a cracked hood for me charged me $2000 to do nothing for the car for a year , would always make excuses about her family members being in trouble (excuses)and that’s why she couldn’t work on the car , gave me useless invoice that says she charged me $2000 for misc fees , horrible place to go save yourself a beach ache and find a good and reliable place ,

Had a car accident and they were cool intil my cats damage was @95% totaled out once they realize they were not going to be able to do any worse they gave me the runaround my paperwork was not done they charged me $150 for a storage fee which was supposed to come from my insurance I would never recommend this place

I would love to write about my experience, this shop comes highly recommended and I can't reach anyone at the number provided either on this page, or by Mr. Alcocer who used this auto shop and raves about it... Their voice mail is always (3 weeks of trying) full, can take no new messages and no one answers it. :( I will drive there today, it's close to where I live. I am rating this a 3 because that's how good I'm told Medina's is... will find out soon. This is not the way to get business... the phone line needs to be clear of voice mails...

Medina’s repaired my daughters Jetta with no problem after someone did a hit and run on the left front side of her car that no one else could seem to fix properly. It’s now running smooth. They also repaired a large dent I had on the right rear bumper of my car. My car looks brand new again!!! I am extremely satisfied with the work they did on both cars and highly recommend them. Medina’s provides excellent workmanship, and friendly customer service, five stars!!!

I went in for a small fender bender and Maria and Miguel were very friendy and helpful. They were able to give me a quote on the spot. I dropped my car and they were done much sooner than expected, and the work ooks great! I had tried getting quotes at other shops in rancho cucamonga, but those other shops wanted appointments. Medinas shop was very easy to work with.
