★☆☆☆☆ It is impossible to get him (one middle man person who is just drop shipping chinese machines from an ecommerce fulfillment warehouse in CA) to respond to calls, emails, or texts. I ended up having to spam him just to get a response- to which he replied "Go F&$% Yourself". It was amusing, but nonetheless, the machines are not great quality and have tons of exceptions on the "1 year warranty". I recommend using a real company for such a large purchase.
