Great local small shop to support! I was greeted by Rob who was so very friendly and had everything written up fast. The shop owner Brain was very kind and had my husbands truck working great in no time! Front brakes and rotors replaced and back ones cleaned. Thank you guys for the kindness and for treating my husband’s truck well!

I just got my SUV back today and Brian's Automotive addressed all it's issues. They text and called me every step of the way to let me know what was going on and how much it would cost. They are professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I left my other vehicle with them today for service when I picked up my SUV. They were recommended by a friend and I will do the same. Called to get a price quote because my vehicle was at dealership for oil leaks and they told me where leaks were coming from and rob denied my vehicle due to mileage even though my truck is a 2018 seemed very unprofessional most shops would ask me to take vehicle down so they can run there own diagnostic but to deny someone’s work without even taking the time to check the truck seemed very unprofessional

Got towed from AAA and the bill was $500 for a dead battery. They stated they had to reprogram memory. ???. I guess when they see you in a tow truck you are limited because they know you won't ask AAA to hook you back up. AAA did a terrible job as they failed to jump the vehicle in the first place. CROOKS Edit: July 29, 2025. They stated electrical is difficult to diagnose. I was in and out within an hour. Be careful they are great at ripping people off

First time I took my 2007 lincoln town car for service: Needed spark Plugs replacement. The service and repair was excellent. Brian and Rob were very thorough and fully explained their diagnosis, recommendations and esimated repair costs. Thanks to their outstanding manner of communicating with me when an ignition coil problem arouse. I felt they were very honest and concerned that the additional repairs were needed to fully complete the spark removal and the installation of the new coil and new spark Plugs..My car is running great!! I fully recommend their service!

Absolutely amazing mechanic! They are truly wonderful, honest, hardworking, take time to explain everything in a way us lay people can understand. I’ve used many mechanics but Brian, Rob, Cody, and everyone else there are just fantastic and they have now become my entire family and extended family’s mechanic. Whether it is maintenance or an emergency they always deliver 100000/10 care and customer service. My car needed emergency work after an accident and the one thing I didn’t have to stress or worry about was my car being fixed correctly, timely, and I know they are very honest and fair with price!
