The guy took over four weeks. He said he was gonna fix it, and at the last minute, he said to take my car home. He’s not doing it. A lot of excuses, and he never did anything.

First time customer i was recommended by a friend. Brought my car in for a starter after AAA told me my battery was fine, but my starter was shot... WRONG! Henok called almost immediately to let me know my starter was fine, it was my battery. Fast, honest and fair. Definitely my new mechanic.

Hands down, the best repair shop in all of the IE. Honak and his team were so professional. I was quoted a fair price and when I returned to pick up my car, everything was fixed on time and there were no surprises. They went WAY beyond what was expected. I found this place by checking yelp reviews and read all the positive feedback. I'm glad I came here because they perform very professional work and take good care of your vehicle. Their prices are very reasonable and at times much less than other shops. They are honest with you and won't hesitate to tell you if work is not necessary or if there's a better alternative to a repair. They will even refer you to other shops for services which they don't provide. I highly recommend them to anyone who is weary about mechanic shops... They will earn your trust.

Great shop, and Henok, the owner is the best. They recently were forced to close due to an eminent domain action by the city which is developing something along Holt. They had planned to reopen somewhere nearby, but I can’t fine them. If anyone knows if they’re open and what they are at, please post it! I miss having a mechanic I can trust!

I highly recommend them 👍👌😊 Update, it's been 23 years and I would still highly recommend their services. New location right across the street from where they were before!! Went in to ask regarding a radiator repair they were able to quickly provide a quote. Their quote was reasonable and the timeline for the repair was amazing!! I was able to get my car in and done in one day!! Henok was friendly and explained the issue and seemed genuinely interested in helping me with the car issue and my need for a quick repair. They diagnosed the issue, explained everything clearly and showed me the replacement parts and had my car repaired in no time. They accommodated my last minute emergency to get me back at work ASAP at a great price. There was no pressure, no upselling—just straightforward, quality service. One of the most honest shops i have come across anywhere. The labor rate is lower than most anyone else and the work is solid with clean repair bays, organized tools, clean cut staff and they have a fast turn around time. I am already sending them a fleet account as well as friends and family. If you need an honest,solid auto repair shop.....stop searching and go to this shop, they are anything but basic.
