The whole experience was great. The repairs were completed ahead of time and the work is quality. The text communication system was easy to follow to get status updates as to the progress of the repairs. Liz the representative assigned to my case was great and went out of her way to make sure I had a great experience by communicating effectivately and setting the right expectation from the beginning. She even went out her way to make sure the vehicle was washed before picking it up to make sure it looked it's best. The work looked great like the incident never happened.

I changed the front bumper of my Tesla Model S about couple of months here. I accidentally discovered that they totally missed the step of sanding bumper and even not paint top sealer from last repairing. I went to two different auto and paint shops and the staffs point out that the most basic but most important steps were not done. Large areas of paint start to fall off and some areas have small bubbles. I really don’t understand whether it's because of saving labor costs, or this store doesn't know how to sand and seal.

I was not familiar with Crash Champions in Ontario, CA, but I am extremely pleased with the work done on my Model Y Tesla after I was in an accident. They provided me with an estimate for the repair and updated that estimate in a timely matter as it became clear that some parts needed to be replaced.
