Everyone at the shop is extremely professional and also friendly and helpful. My vehicle had extensive damage and spent about 5 weeks at the shop. I was updated at least once a week on the progress and if any issues came up, I was called right away. They hit the timeline that was set at the beginning perfectly. The finished product exceeded all of my expectations. I would strongly recommend Caliber to anyone.

Would not recommend this body shop. Took my truck in for repairs and it came out with issues that weren’t there before. I’ve called several times with no resolution. How do you miss that you cracked a fender badge and hung a bumper crooked? Never using them again, also this has been several months with no attempt from the shop to correct the issues.

I am always scared of auto shops. Unfortunately, the rotten apples that seem to permeate the industry have made it really difficult for the consumer to trust the good ones. I am so happy to report that with caliber collision at Carolina beach road, my fears were unfounded. Those guys were amazing and made a potentially frustrating experience, easy. We did not believe it would be possible to repair a whole fender on a 4 year old vehicle with low miles and make it look perfect. Yet, they did. All with tremendous service, kindness and professionalism. Eva was our main contact. She was amazing. From the way she communicated with us, to the delivery of the car, to the way she handled things with the insurance. I wish all my interactions with providers of service were like this. This is a top notch business who deserves to be very, very successful.

The folks at Caliber Collision were amazing! The door handle broke off my car and they helped me fix it! They gave me several options and let me choose the best plan for me. I picked up the part from Toyota and Caliber fixed my handle FOR FREE! I haven’t had customer service this good since the 90’s. Thank you so much for everything! I really appreciate it! My car was impacted by the fire of the Greystone Inn. My insurance company advised me to take it to Caliber Collision. They persuaded USAA that I was being fraudulent in my claim! No discussion with me, just stating that I was a fraud. I will never use Caliber Collision again and after 36 years with USAA, I am switching my auto and home insurance policies as well as all items with USAA. I am significantly disappointed in the outcome of choosing to take our new 2025 Explorer to this facility.

The staff over at Calibur Collision were awesome! I loved that they kept me updated on my vehicle with almost daily texts! My car was there for about two weeks for some body work after an accident and when we came to pick it up it looked like a brand new car! They replaced everything on the front end, painted and cleaned the car spotless! Allen and his team did a great job and I would recommend them to anyone! Thanks again!

The person who hit my car had Progressive ins. Progressive forced me to go to Caliber. It took them 12 days to fix a scratch on the bumper skin. The bill was $1,572 and they did not use OEM parts. I would not take my car there again if I have the choice.

I just wanted to send a big thank you to the people of Caliber Collision on Carolina Beach Rd. I had a situation where my brother-in-law accidentally hit my car right before Christmas, in NY. I was able to drive the car back down here, but the bumper, hood, and the fender needed to be replaced. I had gone to 7 auto body places in the area to get estimates. Out of those, 2 stood out. And then based on when they could actually get to work on my car, Caliber had the earliest timetable. I want to acknowledge a few people that made this experience a great one. Because my brother-in-law wanted to pay out-of-pocket, I was able to work out a plan with Dallas, the manager. He was very reasonable and fair. The second shout out goes to Mary, the receptionist. She was so friendly and attentive each time I got an update. And lastly, my biggest thank you goes to Matt. He walked through the preliminary estimate with me, told me what additional expenses could be anticipated, and just nailed it on the repair. The job was actually done before I thought it would be. Awesome service from top to bottom. I couldn't recommend Caliber Collision more. God forbid I get in another accident. But if I do, I'm calling the good people here for help.

I've called for 2 months trying to get an estimate. Hes put me off over an over. Told me a really high pfivd6?I didn't mean paying for real quality. He told me to swing by to get pictures then he to busy. Then after 4 months he tells me 31000. Dollars total waste of my time truck wasn't rusty or dented already looked good. Theirs isn't no way it'll ever go back or send anybody I know hes insane. If he didn't want the work wish he wouldn't hVe wasted my time. 31000.00 he crazy Ken at caliber collision is lost his mind. Wasn't that good to start with. I wish I wouldn't of wasted 3 months asking now. I'll gladly pay seone else more qualified to handle the job for me and again I will lose this number they did do good work before they sold their company twice before the new guy is horrible good luck if you go there only if you want to get totally ripped off

Mary and Maggie were extremely understanding, helpful and kind when I was rear-ended 11-04-2025. I knew my car needed to be towed afterword and Maggie went beyond and called the tow service for me. She also kept in touch with me and let me know what was going on. Unfortunately my car was totaled. I went to clean my HHR SS out and Maggie again was very helpful. Caliber made an aggravating couple of weeks far less so. They kept me up to date, got the car done early, called the rental car place to come get me, and dealt with the insurance directly once I initiated the claim. The repair bill was itemized and explained. The staff was friendly and forthcoming. I felt the care of my car was being handled properly and professionally allowing me not to worry about getting it back in good shape.
