Great place. The guys are friendly, very polite and considerate. They never talk down to you and they will take care of you. Premier saved me about $200, because they wanted to keep me as a customer. *Updated (Nov 16 2021) My car had a starting problem and my man here, Steve, literally solved it with one sentence. Didn't even need any shop work. Saved me tons of time money and stress once again. (April 2020) Most genuine people in the world. They saved me so much stress time and money it is insurmountable. Give them a call! You won't regret it.

Polite to talk to on the phone and in the shop, so yes personable. The service i went in to have done was to check the Radiator and have the fluids flushed. I was told there was no leak and went ahead and had the radiator flushed. Still noticed the leak a few days later. Found out a buddy had a pressure test system at his home garage. Took it over and tested found the leak in less than 10 seconds. Loose bolt connection. Then realized that the fluid was just water. NOT the coolant that i was told had been changed and flushed. I would highly recommend that you DO NOT take your care or truck here to have anything done on it. Like i said, Steve seemed like a nice enough guy, just not sold on his service.

Great place. Went here to try and get a patch on 2 of my tires. I was informed by Steve they were dry rotted and it couldn't be patched. He diddnt charge me anything for the diagnostics and even recommended me some tires. Would recommend to anyone that has tire issues. Very professional.

They are great. I had some work I needed to do on my Jeep and called up Steve and he gave me a honest assessment and fair price for the work. Many places you have to worry about the quality of work or being ripped off but not here. If you don't want to shop everyplace in town and just want a great auto shop then stop looking and schedule an appointment. It is nice to know i have a place I can go to that I can trust with the job. They are under rated!

I've been a mechanic for over 12 years and I am AMAZED by their customer service, their level of detail and their ability to not treat you like a $. Yes, as a mechanic, I could of easily taken care of my low tire pressure problem but with so much on my plate I had to give the job to someone else (them). I was in shock at how well the treated me, how fast the service was and how comfortable I was as a customer. If I could give them 10 stars I would. Thank you guys!

I am new to the area and I stopped in (as a referral)with a rental car that had a potenial slow leak in one of the tires. Instead of offering to look at the tire and check it, the gentleman told me that I just needed to take it back to Enterprise and switch it out. I was very surprised about his nonchalant attitude and refusal of service. Unfortunately I cannot recommend this tire shop to anyone in the area unless you would like to be redirected to another business more capable of handling tire checks.
