Everything was terrible. I was quoted a price and told the company would contact me in 2-3 business hours. I never heard from them. The next day I called them. I was told "we'll I don't know where they got that number" from the lady on the phone. I ended up agreeing to a higher price. I was told the installer could contact me on the day of the appointment to give me a 4 hour window. That never happened. I called the company again. They tried to reach the installer but couldn't. They said they would call me back. They did not. I called back and was told the guy would be here between 12-1pm. I then received a phone call stating they couldn't get me done. That the easiest would be 5 days later. I requested a refund.

Edit: after receiving a call from Tim the regional manager I am very pleased with the way he resolved the issue. Communication is key 🙂 Communication was awful, I was constantly calling for updates. I was told something new was wrong once or twice a week. I was also told this was only a 2 week job, ended up right at the 30 day mark, which was fine but I wanted the communication!!! I shouldn’t be calling the day my car is supposed to be ready to find out the wrong part was ordered and wouldn’t be ready. After getting my car back I noticed my car wouldn’t start properly. The next day my battery was dead. Not sure if they left a light on or just ran the battery down while they had my car for a full month but was not happy as it was a newer battery.

The Vandila shop is where my car was worked on. They were very professional. The body work was great the paint matched perfectly. I was involved in an accident and caliber Collision worked hard to get my vehicle back to me in a matter of days. I couldn’t believe how fast they were done. I expected it to be a lot longer. they informed me about my vehicle daily on updates of parts & work, and what to expect they also let me have the option of getting more work done. I had a couple spots on the front of my vehicle that was not related to the accident and they were willing to fix those for me at a great price. When I received the vehicle back everything was clean inside and out and looked amazing! I also had an enterprise rental car and they let me drop it off there they have a satellite office there where you can return your vehicle. Or meet with a rep when you drop off your repair and get a rental there! Super convenient ! I dealt with Scott he was such a great representative for the company. Very informative and helpful. Can’t say enough good things about him. Thanks so much guys!

They did a great job, got me in quickly and made sure the car was ready to be picked up before the holidays. Staff was all very nice and respectful to me, and I think they were very thorough in the work they did, and consistent in providing me with updates throughout the whole process. I was constantly kept in the loop and updated every step of the way. Julie did a great job making sure I knew what was going on. They were relatively quick too but even if they weren’t, the customer service alone made up for it. I have had negative experiences with dealerships in the past so to take my car to caliber collision and have such great communication was a dream come true. I delivered my car on a Friday, they told me they were going to start working on it that same day, and that they needed three days to repair it. Upon arrival on Wednesday, 4 days later, I called them to ask and their response was that it was already painted ready to be assembled, that it would be ready on Friday at the latest. Now I called on Friday and they told me that it is not ready yet. The truth is I am incredibly upset because if they had been honest I would have rented a car from the beginning. Now I have had a very complicated week for transportation to work... next time do not lie to the client! Two days after the repair I found out that they had changed the battery from the brand (Duralast) for one (Hyundai). I still had the warranty on my old battery since I had bought it in December of last year and it had a two-year warranty.

I had been dealing with quite a few issues with other body shops and my insurance. Caliber was not only able to get me taken care of, they were all very friendly and made sure the experience was effortless on my end! Anna was always pleasant when answering the phone and also great to deal with when I picked up my vehicle. Julie was great to work with and kept me in the loop throughout the entire process. She answered any questions I had, and made sure even shipping delays and damaged parts didn’t set the repair process back any more than it should.
