The service was exceptional and the repair perfect. The process was flawless. Luis spent spent time with me explaining what repairs needed to be done and then followed up with texts every couple of days to keep me informed as to the progress. The two administrative people on the front desk do a great job of welcoming me and explaining all of the documents I needed to sign. When a shredded tire on the freeway cracked the front bumper of our Electric SUV, my wife and I wanted a repair facility we could fully trust. We first scheduled with Caliber Collision in Laguna Niguel, but our insurance company let us know that Caliber Collision Costa Mesa is recognized by Fletcher Jones Mercedes Benz as an Elite Certified repair facility. That certification mattered to us because it reflects higher standards for luxury vehicles and supports proper OEM procedures. Cory Nguyen at Caliber Collision Costa Mesa delivered an excellent experience from start to finish. Communication was clear, organized, and consistent. Cory kept us informed at every step and made sure the coordination between Caliber, our insurance company, and the two of us stayed smooth. The team understood how important it was that all sensors, cameras, radar units, and related components remained OEM. They gave us complete confidence that everything would be repaired and calibrated correctly. The shop originally estimated that the vehicle would be ready on November 26. We were surprised to receive it on November 18. The process was fast, friendly, professional, and thorough. When we picked up the SUV, the work quality was excellent.
