They painted over rock chips and didn’t take the time to take care of it nor did they give us the opportunity to have the repairs done. The rock chips were like 6 inches from the original damage but yet they painted the bumper right over the rock chips looks like shit! Really super Mickey Mouse workmanship with zero communications! They lost us as a customer! Never again!

Adrian's communication from drop-off to completion was excellent. He ensured my wife had transportation to and from the repair shop, which was greatly appreciated. I would give five stars to Adrian. The only negative was the young lady in the front who should not work with customers. First name starts with a B. She gets easily annoyed. More listening to the customer and not jumping to conclusions. My wife made the fatal mistake of not knowing the register name of her car.

I drove my 2016 Infiniti QX60 last week to drop it off at Caliber Collision Corona to get an estimate so my insurance company (Farmers Insurance)would pay the cost of repair for a couple of dents at the passenger & rear doors (photo attached).The estimate came out extremely overpriced, almost $7,800, so Farmers rejected the estimate and determined the car as a “total loss” and they won’t repair it. I called Caliber to pick up my car to take it to another shop for another estimate, they stated that the car is DISASSEMBLED and not drivable. They literally disassembled my car (removed the front bumper,front head lights,rear tail lights, passenger & rear door, glove compartment and many other parts).The headlight frame was broken and taillight was damaged. It’s missing screws,roof rail and window glass and I had to pay $225 to tow truck to transfer the disassembled car to another shop that he offered to re-assemble and replace both doors for $4,400. DO NOT take your car to Caliber Collision Corona, you will either pay high price or get your car back disassembled if you decide not to do business with them .. They refused to re-assemble my car .. the worst experience ever …
