This place is one of the worst companies in the valley. They lost my keys and just replaced one of them. They were suppose to replace the other ones but couldn’t do it, then they stopped responding or returning the calls. Very unprofessional!

My wife's rav 4 was damaged by storm, we had a brand new vehicle ended up with scratched up interior and damaged parts with loose moldings after some areas had over spray visible. Not there best to say the least.

Process was very difficult. I dropped off my traverse March 21st. I was told my first estimated date would be April 7th. April 7th comes the day of I get a call from David it is not finished (even though on my Tuesday update was told everything was on track) and that the new estimated date is now April 14th. April 13th comes along and I have had 0 updates this week, I have to call caliber myself where the receptionist told me David was out sick made no notes, so I would not be able to pick up my vehicle. At this point frustration is rising , now I wouldn’t get even an answer until Monday 17th. 17th comes around I get a call from David that the car is barely getting repaired, very hard to hear after having the car for almost a month. The new expected day is now April 21st. April 21st comes I get the call to pick up my Traverse, upon inspection the paint was unfinished and there was chips on the door. Upon further inspection there was a whole new damage and hit on the back of the bumper that wasn’t there when the vehicle was dropped off. Meaning to me that the vehicle was poorly inspected and there is no integrity with your workers for even acknowledging new damage that was caused by someone in the Caliber staff. David takes my vehicle back and now I am being told it’s gonna be another day to fix the damage and imperfections. April 25th comes I finally get my vehicle the repair finally looks good. When I arrived home I a opened the repaired door and now it wobbles upon opening and closure, so the door was put back inappropriately. At this point I’m so tired of the poor performance and experience that I don’t even take my vehicle back. I would not recommend anyone to go to the this establishment.

It was truly an outstanding experience after an accident. From our first interaction with the front office: Office Manager, Britta Sweetman, and Alma, we were blown away by the top rated customer service. Efficient, friendly & humerous all rolled into one. Good service seems to be a lost art these days. Caliber Collision is serious about creating the best experience. Our service advisor, Josue Marcial, was able to provide immediate action for the repair process. He checked in regularly. Completed the work in a timely fashion. He consistently updated us with information on the process. All around, good communication & service. A special shout out for Mike, who provided us with a ride back to our community on the day of drop off as well as a pickup the day the work was completed on the car repair. Excellent service from all staff from beginning to end. They offer a lifetime guarantee on their work as well. We highly recommend Caliber Collison!

Someone backed into my car in the parking lot and put a huge dent in my bumper. Luckily she left me a note. Her insurance was AAA and AAA referred me to Caliber in Indio. I was able to get an appointment with Caliber right away to have my bumper replaced. The rental car picked me up and gave me a great car for the week. Caliber kept me informed via text message during the week with progress. They did have to extend just one day to get the correct fitting bumper but that didn't bother me. They were very accommodating. When I went to pick up my car, I was able to leave the rental with them and they arranged for the pick up. The other driver's insurance covered the repair and the rental car. I was very happy with Caliber's service. If I need car repairs again, I will definitely use them.

After a very frustrating experience at another location, I was referred to the Indio shop, and I am extremely grateful that I was. From the moment I arrived, the experience was smooth, professional, and stress-free. Josue was absolutely outstanding. He was knowledgeable, respectful, and efficient, and he clearly explained everything throughout the process. From the time I parked my car to the time I left was approximately 20 minutes, which speaks volumes about how well the team is organized and customer-focused. In addition, the store manager was incredibly friendly and genuinely funny, which made what is usually a stressful situation much more pleasant. The team even went the extra mile by providing me with a ride, something that was completely unexpected and very much appreciated. This location truly represents how customer service should be done.
