Although I don't like the reason why I have to bring my car into Caliber for work (because of a collision or wreck), I know I am always in good hands with the quality, professional behavior, and excellent customer service from the moment I walk in to weeks after the repair is done (they have done follow up reach outs to make sure everything is still satisfactory with the repair). I cannot recommend them highly enough. Cody was an amazing technician and Ashlee was incredible with her customer service. They both made it clear what the next steps were in addition to providing knowledgeable answers to every question I asked. They are both valuable assets to the company.

My car had been in a couple of small incidents and I selected this Caliber Collision center based on other reviews of this specific location. I am pleased to report I had the same good experience. The staff is very friendly and Chris, the manager, was detailed in his explanation of the process, expected results, and timing. I appreciated their clarity because this is something I rarely do. My car looks great and because all the necessary parts were available it was completed even sooner than expected.

I went to Caliber Collision for an estimate on my vehicle. I was greeted & felt welcomed by Cody. He took his time going over the damages I had to my vehicle & explained the repair process. He was friendly, knowledgeable and provided excellent customer service. If I ever get into another accident, fingers crossed I won’t, I would surely comeback and want to work with him again!

Update: They we’re able to speed things along a bit and offered to cover half the cost of the collision, which was later covered in full by the other person’s insurance. I would say that they try their best to be communicative, but the level of workload makes it difficult. I do think that they could improve that so the customer knows their options and can make decisions accordingly. I’ve updated the review to 3 stars but I’d really like to give 3.5. Colby is great and professional. Unfortunately when they took my car, they said it would be about a week. It is now more than 2 weeks past that and they are telling me I can only get it early next week. This is an issue because I have been paying car insurance on my rental car that has added up due to how long the car has been in the shop without repairs finished. He said they sent a Camry bumper instead of a Corolla, and they needed to reorder it, and Colby was out sick last week. However, there was no communication of this while Colby was out and they have just been holding my car in the shop without working on it due to that. Something like this should have been communicated even if Colby was out. Though Colby is pleasant to work with, the overall situation and handling was pretty bad and I’m now on the hook for a lot more rental car insurance than I expected.

Caliber Collision did an excellent job! My car had hail damage from a storm in March 2030. Their shop is clean, and the staff is courteous and efficient. They worked closely with my insurance carrier and kept me informed. They completed the work on time and on schedule.

For the most part enjoyed working here, a few MAJOR HICKUPS ethically and morally at this location but some talented body worksman in the industry are employed here and I was happy to work along with you all and see the process of Repairing a wrecked vehicle. Thank you (train was the most annoying part of getting to this location lol)

My experience with this Caliber Collision has been unparalleled. And that’s not a term I use lightly. Everyone was friendly, Ashley walked me through every step of the process and was so warm every time I talked with her. Cody took great notes of what needed repairing and even worked with the Mechanic for me on my concerns. He was very responsive and even made me a quote for my next repair (unrelated to this accident.) I was a restaurant manager, so I know a thing or two about customer service. The level of care and communication I received from the team here was amazing. I’m absolutely coming back for any future needs. I’ve already recommended them to a coworker the day after I received my car. You can tell the people employed love their job and stay for good reason. This collision center did not do a good job, if you can go somewhere else do so. We had a small damage on the rear LT quarter panel. They didn't even replace it correctly, not only that, they left the old quarter panel and clips, and garbage in the trunk. Along with this, the vehicle didn't need a wheel alignment but they did one anyways and left it even worse than when we brought it in.

I was physically assaulted by Micheal Lewis the service advisor while working at caliber also the general manager Aaron price did not want to give me camera footage he says camera aren’t connected on top of all of this I was wrongfully terminated in front of someone new. Very unprofessional behavior from these guys don’t go here!! There’s way better body shops!

I just picked up our Suburban from our friends at @caliber collision in Carrollton!  Garage doors are not very forgiving, but they fixed the passenger door like new WITHOUT replacing the rear quarter panel! Their expert body man took on the challenge of recreating all the body lines and did an expert job! Thanks for your excellence and for finishing it on time and on budget! I had a parking lot accident in February and needed to use this shop through my insurance. I was very satisfied with my visit, Michael (my POC) was very attentive by regularly communicating with me about the progress of my vehicle throughout the way. The repair took approximately 3 weeks but their work is high quality. They also gave me a complementary interior cleaning which made my 2011 feel like a 2015! Would definitely recommend Update: had an incident where my car wouldn’t start and my battery had ‘died.’ The roadside personnel asked me if I had recent work done because the clamps on my battery were loose. I called my POC to inform him of the issue and he was rather defensive while denying any responsibility. I can’t say who or what was at fault but that phone call could’ve been more pleasant.

DO NOT GO HERE!!! I will start with the fact that I am an I-Car certified Technician and have been in the automotive repair/service industry for over 15 years. Brought my vehicle here because of the high reviews and because I have worked with the adjuster years ago at another store so I thought I was in good hands. I Had my 2018 VW Passat GT “repaired” here and I am not impressed. Took over three months (parts delays, completely understandable) when I went to pick my vehicle up I was shocked at horrible the quality and craftsmanship is. Trailing arms bolts were not torqued or even tightened down(safety right?),the tail lamp does not fit In The quarter panel properly( I was told it’s because the correct lamp is on back order, which it but but it is exactly the same damn shape!) belt molding is bent up, rear bumper not attached properly, “new” shock already leaking, the lower quarter panel/pinch weld zone was not even finished. There where (and still are!!) multiple bolts/trim clips MISSING, overspray on the roof, wheel well splash guards missing almost every clip, trim painted over, and the vehicle wasn’t even cleaned before delivering it back to me. I took it back the next morning and was texted later In “ you come pick up when you are ready”. The second time picking up I looked it over briefly and STIll within 2 seconds was able to find the same stuff wrong! This place should be embarrassed and ashamed they let this “caliber” of work leave the shop. Pure laziness and general “don’t give a f&$@ attitude. Hold yourself and your “technicians” to a higher standard. It’s shops like this that give the industry a bad reputation. If you want your vehicle repaired correctly DO NOT GO HERE!!!! EDIT: after getting my vehicle home I found even MORE damage!!! The passenger door panel is trashed, multiple clips broken, exhaust tip is bent, front bumper is cracked, half of the trim they removed is damaged. This shop is a joke!!

***This review has been edited from its original, view below for the original review*** After expressing my displeasure of the services rendered with the service tech and ultimately the manager, the shop took my car back in and corrected the issues, even going as to respray my body panels twice due to color variances with the paint. Overall, it's unfortunate that it was necessary to visit this body shop twice for an issue, but they made it right. And for that I am grateful. I will update the review to give it 4 stars. If this hadn't been such a debacle, and my car had been taken care of initially, this would be a 5 star review. Original review: I'd recommend giving other shops your business before utilizing this one. I've used Caliber Collision in the past on other insurance claims on my vehicles, both shops were located in the Houston area. Both times the shops were attentive and communicated well and I was incredibly impressed with the work they had done. This shop was the exact opposite experience. Incredibly poor communication, each time I got an update, I was the one calling the shop. It took over 3 weeks from dropping off the car to getting it back for a bumper replacement and paint work, and upon receipt, the paint is already chipped in multiple spots. In addition to this, I'm now missing a piece of the bumper that was on the car originally. This shop gets 3 stars, as they color matched the paint very well, but the slew of other issues keeps me from giving them a better review.
