If I can give this auto repair shop a zero, that's what I will give them. They don't even deserve a 1 star. Santiago (the owner) messed up my Cadillac XT4 instead of fixing or repairing whatever needs to be fixed,replaced or repaired. Anyway, I brought my Cadillac XT4 to this repair shop because my engine light was on. They diagnosed and replaced a vent solenoid (by the hood) that they realized later that is not broken and should have not been touched nor replaced. They decided to replaced another vent solenoid located at the passenger/left rear of my car. The part that was replaced was also not broken and should have not been replaced. So, I believe that's when they decided to cut the wirings underneath the rear left side of my car. Santiago doesn't want to admit that they are having a hard time diagnosing what's wrong with my car. He hates to admit that he or his technicians are not certified technicians and has no clue how to repair a Cadillac. Santiago promised to me, 100% he will be able to fix/repair my car. That's after 3 to 4 weeks they kept (on & off) my car in his shop. This auto repair shop replaced parts that are not broken, cut the wirings underneath and left it un-tape, plus connected it to a wrong part. It was a mess !!! They mutilated my Cadillac XT4 and cost me an arm and a leg to have the Cadillac dealership fixed/ replaced parts that are broken and in addition, fixed the wirings that Spa Auto Repair cut and left uncut. Certified Cadillac mechanic/technician was able to diagnosed my car in less than an hour and fixed, delivered it to my home the following day. Bottomline, be careful with the sweet talker repair shop owner Santiago. We (my brother and I) really thought this owner was an honest person and knows what he is doing. My Cadillac XT4 is finally working great again. Thank you Crest Cadillac Service Center for a job well done. Warning: Do not make a mistake of using this auto repair shop, or should I say auto mess shop.

My car was making some weird noise coming out of the rear wheels: Santiago's staff quickly did a test drive to see what it was and advised me on a few options before working on my car. It turned out to be the wheel bearings, so after they did the part swap my car went back to sounding like new and it actually drives a bit smoother. Will definitely go back for any future services 👍🏻.

Santiago and his team installed new shocks, struts, and control arms for my 2017 Dodge Charger. The work was in good timing as well. Santiago is a fair man! He is also the owner and I had no idea. Jose Juan is a cool dude too! He rode with me so he could feel how it drive before the repairs. I highly recommend this shop if you are in the area!
