Texas Collison Center of Carrollton was one of the friendliness and most customer centric business with which we've done business. Everyone we had contact with was friendly, accommodating and professional! An auto repair shop is not a business you typically work with and when you do you feel stressed. Stressed because of the need to deal with an insurance company, deal with losing access to your car and the financial cost of the accident which put you in this situation. Michael and the other folks lowered our stress by educating us on the process ahead and helped us to navigate the insurance and rental car processes. They kept us updated on the repair progress and did a fantastic job repairing our car. Our repair was completed earlier than the initial estimate. We’ll definitely come here if we ever need repairs again!

Honestly one of the best car experiences I have ever had. Granted I hope to not have to deal with insurance claims and rental cars again, but if I did…this place was awesome. Ruby was super helpful and so kind. Definitely an asset to the location. The service was faster than expected and my car was even semi-detailed when I got it back. Looked better than when I brought it in! Do not look anywhere else. This is the place!

Extremely professional and courteous. The front desk staff is so nice and accommodating you don't want to leave. Isaac was my point of contact for the repairs. He was friendly and went out of his way to make sure every little detail was taken care of. I received numerous updates within a 2 week period keeping me abreast of the progress. They beat their estimated time by 10 days or so. Just in time for Christmas. Thank you all and I will be returning for any future needs as well as recommending to my friends and family.

My 2025 Ram 1500 was involved in a small fender bender to the driver side bumper area. From the very beginning when I filed a claim with Geico and arranged to tow my truck to TCC for repair, to the complete process of fixing the truck like new, it has been a wonderful experience. Everyone involved was very professional and exhibited a great customer service attitude. I was kept in the know about all repairs, cost, and eta along the way--which was excellent! I work in the service business so I can greatly appreciate that kind of professionalism. I certainly recommend TCC for your repair work, should you ever need it.

I took my Lexus IS in after a little mishap on the highway. TCC is immaculate, so nice and clean. Everyone I spoke to was truly amazing. The whole process was swift beginning with Adriana being in touch with us initially. Went in expecting to face issues and long time for repair. They were able to contact our insurance as well with no issues. But Gerardo (service advisor) and team went above and beyond to get our vehicle back within a week despite the parts being hard to find for a new car. Gerardo always kept us informed on every repair, orders placed, paint jobs done, and eta. They got us our vehicle much before the given eta. I would gladly be coming here for future repairs and services. They made the hardest part of our accident repair stress free.

I Highly recommend this place, my rear bumper on my 2020 Toyota Camry had gotten loose do to lose parts causing me to drag it while driving. I didn't even know it was being dragged until I saw it. I took it here to see what I can do and get an estimate, they told me what they could do and I went along with it. The day it was ready it looked like a brand new car again, especially the inside. Not only did they do a good job they did a wonderful job. They even cleaned up the liners. Plus this place is also on my delivery route, so they have already known me before I even took my vehicle in to be serviced. If I could I would give this place 10 Stars instead of 5. Again I Highly recommend this Place 👌 👏 🙌 👍. And a special thanks to Isaac for all his service and negotiating to get my vehicle fixed. Plus they keep you to date with the service with text messages and so forth. The front lobby staff are so kind & friendly knowing they know I make deliveries to them, Lol. When you service them with deliveries, they service you when your vehicle needs repairs.

These people are fabulous! They worked with me continuously and dealt with State Farm to fix the issues with my car after a lot of miscommunication and people who simply refused to listen to the issues at hand. They are super nice and even rushed to finish the last repair so I could have my car back as I was out of rental car coverage for the claim with State Farm!!! Rebecca at the front desk is a phenomenal receptionist. She was quick to find the handler of my repairs so my mother and I could get going as we were in a bit of a rush. Rebecca was very calm, cool, and extremely professional. Alberto who was managing my repairs listened to my concerns and frustrations during this abnormal claim that was processed by State Farm. He cared about me as a customer, and that is a rare find in the service industry nowadays. Since it was door replacement, he is even going to put on the visor accessory to the new door that was attached to the damaged door. Talk about going the extra mile!!! Thanks for all of your hard work on my 2023 Kia Soul!!! You guys deserve infinite glowing gold stars!!!

I will without a doubt always return to Texas Collision for future auto repairs. From the first interaction to the last it was an incredibly smooth experience. Ruby at the front desk was accommodating with scheduling and very personable. Henry assisted us with the repairs and kept us informed throughout the process. He went above and beyond and even buffed the headlights. The manager (don’t recall his name) was friendly and ensured everything was taken care of. I’ve been in far too many accidents and have been to far to many collisions centers but none treated me as well as Texas Collision. They fixed my trunk perfectly and even cleaned my car! Inside and out! They also came in on their day off to allow me to pick up my car which I couldn’t appreciate more! Fantastic work and customer service!

Honestly, I didn’t expect everything to go so smoothly, especially considering that I urgently needed my car ready before an upcoming trip. The deadlines were clear, and the team made sure I received my car in perfect condition several days before my travel date. I want to start by saying the customer service was excellent. The receptionist was very kind, offered free drinks and snacks, and made the experience welcoming. The work was also completed ahead of the promised deadline, which I truly appreciated. Unfortunately, I was disappointed with the quality of the bumper work. As shown in the photos, there are visible paint defects, including small bumps and raised areas that appear to be dust or bubbles trapped in the paint. This gives the bumper a low-quality appearance and does not meet OEM standards. The finish looks inconsistent and may indicate an aftermarket bumper or poor repaint preparation. Although the vehicle was returned clean, I also noticed that a small plastic cover for my USB port was missing. I genuinely wanted to be fully satisfied because the customer service and turnaround time were great, but the paint quality and fitment issues significantly impacted the final result.
