Since I have reviewed before, I cannot review again. So I'm just updating my review 2021. Kamal continues to be the very best auto mechanic I've ever dealt with. He is highly ethical & professional. I would trust him with my kids. I trust their cars to him. His technicians, like Francis, are very solid. They have NEVER failed to solve an issue. Texas Autokare has maintained & repaired for us cars across the entire spectrum of manufacturers. We have gotten very long lives from our vehicles because of Kamal & his excellent crew. Buick LeSabre Honda Accord. (~ 170,000 miles) Toyota Camry (~ 194,000 miles) Olds Aurora Lincoln Aviator Nissan Rogue VW Tiquan Chrysler Town & Country Chevy Tahoe. (~334,000 miles) Chevy Avalanche (~ 345,000 miles) Ford Escape Jeep Cherokee BMW 328i. 2016 Kamal has been a great & trusted auto expert for years. He has solved issues that others could not. I have been going to Kamal for my car troubles since 2009. Since then, I have moved to a couple of surrounding cities and I still drive back to Kamal when I have car issues. I've had my share of bad experiences with mechanics, but Kamal is different. He is honest, cares about the quality of his work, and charges very reasonably. He is also a very hard working man. Kamal does great work and from my experience, he is very honest. He can be a little rough around the edges and sometimes misunderstood, but he means well. If you want a competent mechanic, honest and fair prices - He’s your guy! If you are more interested in customer service, Park Place dealership is only 5 miles away. ;)

Kamal is not the owner anymore. New owner is dishonest and trying to cheat by overcharging in the name of Kamal. He has been saying for weeks Kamal is coming but he is never there and when i checked the certificate on wall then he accepted that he lied. He did not say how much it will cost and said he will only give the key back once i will give him money. Beware and stay miles away from this place.

These guys sunny and the new owners are trash they will take the money from you and will create new problems in your car no customer service does not have the etiquette to talk to people just hunger for money and they will give you problems that you never had before srsly advicing never trust them with your vehicle.
