These guys are totally honest and respectful. I can tell they are trying to win repeat clients over just checking a box. I’ve always been sensitive to wheel alignment in every car I’ve had. I was hesitant to get my X5 adjusted because what if it comes back worse or with an annoying crooked steering wheel? Ultimate Bimmer Service actually did it 100% the first time and they weren’t afraid to make a major adjustment. They had to. The dealer I bought it from, BMW of Plano, told me they aligned the car before I bought it a few months ago. I’ve posted the before and after. No wonder why Plano didn’t put the spec sheet in the car as promised. The car drives like it should now. It’s like I have a new car. The feeling is so different and natural now. They did it just perfectly.

I received excellent service and overall performance from Ultimate Bimmer Service. They diagnosed my A/C system on my Z4 and rebuilt it for me. The company has experienced technicians and they will do 100% quality work on BMW’s with no shortcuts. My car needed special help after a previous owner attempted to repair it unsuccessfully and they were able to sort it all out for me. They fixed an oil leak for me that was a concern. They also replaced my belts and tensioners and the car runs even stronger now. They also fixed a broken air vent for me and found a missing cabin air filter and replaced it for me. I’m very pleased and very grateful for their help with my car.

Ultimate beamer service took care of my 2003 745Li for the entire time I had it. They kept it pristine and functional until I traded it in. I brought them a newly purchased 2014 BMW X6. They restored all of the worn out hardware and miscellaneous missing pieces. They replaced a glued and zip tied charge pipe with an upgraded brand new one. They took care of the fault codes by replacing those parts and they made sure all of the maintenance was up to date. I could not imagine the expense of a dealership visit. I am happy with their work and BMW owner support. I will use them for all of my maintenance needs and major repairs.

This was my first visit to Ultimate Bimmer Service in Carrollton for a brake pad upgrade on my new M3. Nothing too complicated, but I came away a very satisfied customer. Neil, Brent, Ryan and the staff clearly have a passion and knowledge of BMW, which can be very hit or miss, but crucial, especially on a German brand. Their facility was very large, clean and spacious, both in the customer waiting area and garage. I brought in my 2022 x5 for a full fluid change service. Neil was kind and passionate and he patiently explained how the process worked and then gave a post job briefing on what he found. They were also willing to use the non branded OE instead of the BMW branded OE parts. Best part is he was completely transparent about it and passed those savings on to the customer. Brought my 2019 M5 here for major driveline service. I initially contacted other BMW specialists in the area, but received poor communication when trying to schedule or ask questions. Ultimate Bimmer Service, on the other hand, was very responsive and answered all my questions in a timely manner. I was able to schedule the service quickly and it was completed right on time. The shop kept me updated throughout the service, and although there were some discrepancies with the final invoice, I am fully satisfied with my experience at Ultimate Bimmer. I will definitely bring my vehicle back for future work, and can fully recommend them for anyone needing work on their BMW.

Brought my vehicle in for a vibration that I could not get rid of for several months in my 2019 540i. 3 shops later.. I found Ultimate Bimmer shop and they were able to resolve my problems with a perfect wheel balance as well as addressing the other concerns I had. They use the hunter road force balancer which offers the best balance jobs for slightly out of round rims. Finally found the luxury feel that my BMW should offer again and no more shopping cart wheel vibrations! I will definitely be coming back to Ultimate Bimmer for service in the future. I have a 2007 328i that needed extensive repairs including, headlights and wiring, eccentric shaft, fuel pump and filter, brake service, filters and more.
