I’ve never seen an auto repair shop as equipped and knowledgeable as Kwik Kar. After taking my car to several other shops who couldn’t figure out the issue, I brought it here—and Tony and his team went above and beyond. They essentially rebuilt my engine, and now the car feels like it just rolled out of the factory. They have advanced diagnostic tools, deep technical expertise, and a commitment to doing things right. Honestly, they’re better than the dealership. They do everything here, and they’ve earned a customer for life!

One of 2 reviews I need to do! First of all, I’ve been living by this Kwik Kar for almost 4 years now. There has been a change in management after me being here a year. I can say Tony and the current crew he has working with him have been tremendous. I have been getting an old Xterra Nissan back to the road again and they have been working with me to get it going. They have much more reasonable prices than I remember and they have shown me everything they found in the process so I know I’m not paying for anything just because they want extra money. I feel like they’ve done a lot of honest work and Marcus especially has been very great at vocalizing where they are at in the process while working on things. Fast work and great prices. I can highly recommend this location

I had a fantastic experience at Kwik Kar thanks to Marcus and Tony! Both were incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. It’s rare to find such friendly and honest customer service these days, but these two definitely exceeded my expectations. I took my car to Kwik Kar for a diagnosis, and I had a great experience. Tony was super nice and helpful throughout the entire process. If you think that Kwik Kar is just an oil change and inspection facility, think again. When the name of the business also has Auto Repair, you will have an amazing experience here with exceptional work. The owner, Tony, and his team was professional, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable. They diagnosed the issue with my car quickly and explained everything clearly before starting the repair. I never felt pressured, and their prices were fair and transparent. They also help with calling my aftermarket warranty and getting things approved after getting “no” repeatedly. Aftermarket warranties suck in my opinion but with Tony, he pulled it through. My car now runs like new which has exceeded my expectations. It’s rare to find an auto repair shop, which includes the dealership’s auto repair shop, that you can truly trust—this place has definitely earned my loyalty. I hate to come here and even do this but I’m tired and over the games from this Kwik car on old Denton specifically I want bad mouth other locations, but this location is by far worse from the time that I gave them my car. It has been nothing but an issue. I gave Tony my car telling him that I had RPM issues and things of that nature and he said it will be an easy fix he set the job for a young man named Mitch to do it. Mitch got fired caught doing drugs couldn’t fix my car. I asked for my car back. He told me give him a chance he’ll have somebody else jump on it. That knows how to fix this. He gave me a young man named Brett. Brett was working on my car kept telling me how the car kept getting pushed back due to rat infestation at their location that bit my wiring harness to be exact. I waited patiently this is over a seven month. Period. I still have rat poop on my car. The car still does not run correctly. They have fired Brett and gave the job to someone else as you can see from the pictures. I have got the car tested from getting it back from them and it still pops up the same things that I’ve given them. Since I have gotten my car back, I called the day that I got it back. They have messed up my car alarm. I cannot open my car door from the driver side as you could tell from the photos, my Reservoir is cracked and they have said that they ordered it but I have not been called in over a month and a half to get that picked up. I have left voicemails for Tony. I have left voicemails for Brandon. He has relayed the message to Tony. He has not called back Marcus, who is an exceptional young man relayed the message to Tony. Tony has not called back. My dashboard is cracked. Fully and they have not taken accountability. It’s a whole mess and I’m over being patient. I have called and called and tried to be a respectful young man and wait patiently for him to do right by this situation but I can see he’s not gonna do that so I had to come to understanding since he won’t do it the correct way I have to to leave a review and send pictures I have video of the wiring not being done correctly, leading to the inside of my car smoking when I crank the car in front of their location. as you can see, there is a vape that was left in my radiator and some gloves, and they rigged my fans somehow that it won’t cut off leading to this battery constantly dying. This is ridiculous. I would avoid it all cost.. maybe Tony is a good individual, but the workers that you have are not doing the correct job so I will avoid at all cost. Let’s add in there my car was there for several months due to one of your employees caught doing drugs and you wouldn’t respond let’s not forget that and you also made the young man Brett quit cause you put all the blame on him tell the truth stop lying . No worries I have my lawyers on it thank you 🙏🏾

I was referred by my friend Mike and I am so pleased with the service so far. Andy is a great mechanic, kind, professional, and quick. They had my spark plugs/coils finished before I could finish my coffee! I’m so grateful for Tony and the team for being so kind, courteous, and helpful. Bunch of crooked people working there. Let me preface this by saying I used to work at a shop before, I work on cars on the weekends now, I've built a race car, I go to the track to race, so their scheming tactics weren't working on me (unfortunately i dont have an alignment machine that costs thousands of dollars at my home garage or else i wouldnt even be here) but God knows how many people they are screwing over that aren't aware. Came here to get an alignment done because my truck was pulling right. They told me they can do it and they have the Hunter Hawkeye alignment machine to get it done. Paid them just to get the truck back driving exactly the same. They kept telling me its perfectly aligned but had no proof (they're supposed to give you the alignment print out but "the printer is broken"). Turns out they were never doing the alignment and eventually started blaming the tires for the pulling (i understand tires can potentially cause pulling but even with a fresh set of 4 tires i still had this problem). I learned they weren't even doing the alignment because the last and final time I came, I saw they never attached the wheel alignment targets for the machine, they never even touched any camber bolts, never straightened the steering wheel and locked it in place, never adjusted any toe links, etc... all they kept doing was trying to sell me tires. Owner got aggressive with me because he wasn't able to take advantage of me, talking about how im lacking trust, meanwhile this is my 3rd time coming back trying to get my truck alignment sorted out. After a lot back and forth fussing around, the mechanic working on my truck finally adjusted my Caster, and guess what, its pulling right a lot less (couldnt make it perfect since they don't use the machine like what I thought i was paying for). Moral of the story, don't come here for alignments, they're just going to steal your money.

I went to multiple shops and even the dealer trying to get my suspension fixed, and no one could give me a straight answer—or they quoted me ridiculously high prices. The team at Kwik Kar was honest, professional, and upfront from the start. They diagnosed the issue clearly, explained everything in a way I could understand, and had my car fixed in one day. I can honestly say I’ve never driven a better-feeling car. The ride is smooth, solid, and feels brand new again. Huge thanks to the whole crew for their fabulous work and honest service. Not only did they handle my oil change efficiently, but they also went above and beyond by addressing an issue with my windshield wipers that wasn’t even caused by them.
