So, this past weekend I had taken my car in for an inspection and had one of the worse experiences at this location ever. I have taken my car to this location in the past for inspection and never had an issue with them driving my car. However this time, after explaining how the shifter works, they pulled my car around. My car is slightly modified so of course I like keeping an eye on things and seeing the reaction of the techs. However I was curious as to why the one tech was checking my oil when I was In for inspection. After another 5-7 minutes one of the techs came and asked how to shift my car out of park. I said lift straight up, and he responded with I did and it came off. I got to my car to see my knob ripped off and the plastic piece is broken. Needless to say I wasn't happy. He then claims it was broken when I brought it in! At this point I was beyond angry and my GF went I to ask for corporate number or a place to file a claim, to which the manager told her it was a waste of time and money because it was broke when I brought it in. Even though he told me he pulled it off. Hopefully corporate will be more accommodating and listen to my compliant before dismissing us. Im looking at over $1,500.00 in parts to repair! Not to mention my cars reliability is in question now.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. I was met as soon as I pulled in and went to the large and clean waiting area. They took about 25 mins to do an oil change and check all my filters. Cost was approximately $80, which I felt was good value for the money. Will definitely return when next pill change is due.
