These guys are fantastic. Every time I've been in (and my cars are awful, so that's a lot), they're always super-fast, every single time they've come in under quote (!), extremely knowledgeable, and will never upsell you, just tell you what's wrong and when you should get it fixed. They're not the cheapest in town, but they're hardly a rip-off, and it's worth it for the quality/timeliness of their work. Great job guys!

We have been going here for years. Paul is always friendly and courteous. Service has always exceeded expectations, and usually at or below the estimate. Recently went in because the Brake light had come on, and I was expecting an expensive brake job. Paul called to say he filled the reservoir with a little more brake fluid and the light went off - no need for a brake job! My experience is that he is fast with the work and fair on the price.

Carrollton Car Kare is the best! Being a single woman, I'm always afraid of being taken advantage of. Not the case with them. I originally took my car to the dealership I bought it at, knowing they charge more, but I used to work there as well and was friends with everyone there. Not only were they going to over charge me, they lied to me about the repairs. Carrollton Car Kare was straight forward with me and saved me a lot of money. I found my new shop and won't go anywhere else. Went for the second time today, and very happy with my service. Only wished I found them sooner.

I brought my truck in for repair and replacement of the rack and pinion, as well as rotating tires and an alignment. When I picked up my truck and drove it home, I noticed my steering wheel was misaligned. If I straightened out my steering wheel, the truck would pull to the left. I spoke with Paul over the phone the same evening I picked up my truck, notifying him of the issue. When I brought my truck in to have more work done, they said it would cost me $90 for them to fix their mistake on my steering wheel alignment. They were fully aware that the misalignment of my steering wheel was on them, as Paul and I discussed over the phone, but when I brought my truck in afterwards, they claimed it couldn't be proven that it was their fault. I thought this shop would be trustworthy and honest by "righting their wrong," but I was mistaken.

The folks at Carrollton Car Kare are all about relationships and deeply care about their customers. I had a problem with my car that only required a few turns of the wrench to fix. Whereas other mechanic businesses would’ve charged me an arm and a leg for the job, Carrollton Car Kare took it in to the garage for five minutes and fixed it for free. I’ve also used their services before for more serious mechanical issues. I find that their service is excellent and their prices are very reasonable. Even though their location is a little bit of a drive for me, I’m going to be taking my car to them from now on. I have a lot of trust in them and I know they have my best interests at heart as my customer.
