I came in with a worn tire hoping it was would be an alignment problem and a new pair of tires. Unfortunately, it was more than that - a serious suspension problem. They showed me pictures of the problems and walked me through my frustrated reaction with empathy and understanding. They answered all of my questions with patience and grace, and were thankfully able to get me back on the road in a day. They also provided a courtesy ride back to my home and were responsive to text questions regarding status. I just bought the car (used) six months ago and it now drives better than the day I bought it. Thank you so much for the excellent service, I will absolutely be back.

It’s been one month since my visit and it was not a pleasant one. My car was knocking and stalling at each stop. I had it taken in for a diagnostic and they said I needed a new engine ($4,000 used/ $11,000 new). They said that my automaker wouldn’t honor any warranty because I didn’t maintain the car properly. I paid them $300 to change the oil and replace the condenser sensors. After it came back still knocking, I had it taken to another shop for a 2nd opinion. This new ship sent my car to KIA, where they did a diagnostic and repaired it UNDER WARRANTY. I only paid for a new oil change (Kia said the previous one wasn’t done right). ADVICE: Always get a 2nd opinion.

Most other places try to nickel and dime you trying to pay for other things or they try to get you to completely replace things that just need a minor repair. I’m very glad I found Rev Up Auto. We bought a battery for an Audi in may 2025. The car sits at the airport 3 weeks at a time while my husband travels for work. The car began having issues starting in November. They tested and said battery was fine. Continued to have issues and they tested again. Said fine. Took it to our regular mechanic and tested today. Tested weak. Brought it back and they refuse to do anything even admitting they installed an incompatible battery originally. Stay clear from this place. They are dishonest and not interested in doing the right thing.
