I has referred to the business by the adjuster and I could not be more pleased with the care and services I received. Weeks after I had received my car back my car started to running sluggishly and I called Mr. Ricardo and he said that he had experience with his own car having that problem and he got me in and took care of the repairs for me. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!! IF I COULD GIVE 0 STARS I WOULD! Worst mistake of our lives was taking our 2021 Ram to this shop! Don’t take ya’lls vehicles here unless you want poor service! My husband has been dealing with this place for more than a yr now, took the truck back in April 2022 when he was involved in a car accident & gave it to us with all types of issues…Don’t even know where to start, they quick to get peoples money but take their sweet time fixing vehicles & there excuse is the parts haven’t came in yet.! lack of communication, always had to call them to get any type of update. They gave the truck back to us May 2023 & already had to take it back to them 3 times & they still didn’t fix it properly, I called the adjuster/ person who was dealing with our truck & let him know what problems the vehicle still has & his response was to keep it for another month & come back and tell him what all issues the truck has, like was that not his job to check in the first place & check that the car is running properly. Break petal is lose, cables from the hood where just hidden didn't even bother putting them back how they were supposed to, hood shakes when on the freeway, the doors are hanging like if they did even fit them correctly we literally have to close the door hard for it to close right,carpet not installed properly either its missing some pieces to avoid it lifting up, the list goes on…. At this point he sounded like he was tired of dealing with us and don’t want to get the truck fixed. Mind you we only have had the truck with us for a few weeks and he made it seem like it was our fault all this new issues are now coming up on the truck. Maybe if the work was done correctly none of this should be happening. THEY FIX SOMETHING & BREAK SOMETHING ELSE! If the job was not possible to do then they would of told us in the first place and took our business elsewhere !

Horrible customer service and poor repair of my car. Had my car for a month as a result of a parking lot accident. I had to keep calling asking for updates, finally got my car back and shortly I took it back as I noticed some issues. Told “it’s after market parts” and insurance won’t cover it. I called my insurance and they made arrangements to be fixed. I received a call on 2/5/24 from Precision saying parts ordered and they’ll call me when it comes in. During this call I voiced my concerns and yet to hear anymore. This is unacceptable customer service and poor quality work. I’ve started a complaint with the Insurance commissioner and will let them investigate the poor quality work and lack of concern in providing quality service while accepting our hard earned money and/or insurance reimbursements

Not sure how they got licensed/certified but it looks more like DIY shop rather than professional body shop. If you want your car to be done on time and not being fed “tomorrows” for weeks on end - find another place. They have no recollection of how much money they are costing clients with their incompetence. And sad part is - they don’t care about it at all. When I finally told that vehicle can be picked up (still need to bring it back to them on September to finish even though they had it for over 6 weeks) - I found a NEW DENT on one of my doors and it looked like drunk person has put bumper on a car back. So they failed at all aspects: timing, quality, professionalism. At this point - any other shop is definitely a better choice.

*******update went and had an alignment done after getting new tires. was told that the front left tire rod was so bent my alignment was very off and i need to replace the rod. They told me this would be from an impact such as a wreck AKA what i came to this body shop to have everything fixed 4/2022... now i have to pay out of pocket for something that should have been fixed on my claim. also my review wont post with pictures ****************** not quite sure why my review never posted, so I am reposting it. I thought I was going to refrain from leaving a review. But I have finally decided to post about my experience In my opinion, The communication throughout the process after dropping my car off was very poor. I was never contacted throughout the whole process from dropping my car off until picking it up. I dropped it off the end of March 2022 and picked it up the end of July 2022. I was made to feel like I was an inconvenience by calling to ask for updates on my car. I was having to pay out of pocket for a rental car after one month (insurance only covered 1 month) due to a part being “back ordered.” I finally convinced them after a lot of back and forth to put my car together until the part came in and let me drive it. While in the shop, my car was not covered while the parts were removed and was left open in the shop (pictured 1,2). The part ended up coming in January 2023. And again, I had to call every couple months to see if it had come in. When it came in, I wasn’t told until I contacted them. I had to take it back to have my lights adjusted because they were point too much toward the ground. The steering wheel isn’t straight when the tires are straight- it wasn’t like that before I took it in. Spots were missed on the sides where the new hood and side panels were painted. (Pictured 5) This fabric in the wheel well was not completely sealed down when I got it back. (Pictured 6) The car was detail serviced for me since it was left open, and the hood and front door have these swirls (pictured 7) on them. I can’t get it off with washing. I haven’t tried having it detailed again because I’m too nervous bc it looks scratched or in the top coat. And the thing that made me come and write a review is that I have just had my car back just a year, and there is painting chipping off the new hood just from going through a car wash. (picture 9) The only positive thing- the manager John finally at the end last year started communicating with me and was very friendly. The reception lady was also friendly.

I came here on an initial insurance claim for vandalism scratch. But the gift of a human,John , said they might be able to get it out. Wasn’t that deep. So I guess they buffed it and saved me, no need for a claim. And he saved my sanity with that mark on my brand new chevy 2500 HD Silverado. I recommend the class and caring nature of This business. This inside lady was a complete pleasure too.

I recently used Joe Hudson Collision Center twice (was hit by another motorist two different times within an eight week period)! They were very courteous, friendly and helpful and good at their jobs. I recently had a car hit my Bronco in a parking lot and leave. It left a really big dent right on the passenger door and I couldn’t open it more than 30% of the way. I was recommended this place by my insurance and I had a near-perfect experience overall. They had to delay my pickup by a week but it was totally worth it and I love the way they communicated with me! The girl at the front desk was always patient and very kind. The guy in charge of fixing up my car was great also! He left my car looking brand new. I added before and after pictures. I could not be happier with their services!! I wish I could remember my techs name but I am so grateful to him and his team!
