I have had the pleasure of using Bearded Bros Automotive for our family vehicles since they opened their doors. Daniel and Cesar are true experts in their field. They have always taken the time to explain the issues with our cars and trucks in a way that is easy to understand. They’re just all-around good guys. Even if there are unpleasant surprises, the level of honesty, transparency, and communication is a rare find in the auto repair industry. Disappointing and Unreliable Service I initially had high hopes after speaking with Cesar about replacing a lower radiator hose. He provided a reasonable quote and even offered a towing service, promising my car would be picked up within an hour. However, 90 minutes later, nothing had been done. Over the next hour, I called four times, receiving inconsistent responses and no callbacks. The lack of follow-through and communication was frustrating and unprofessional. Given this experience, I can’t help but question the authenticity of all these five-star reviews. Save yourself the headache—take your business elsewhere.

I have taken my car in three times and twice I had to return because they didn't do the job right. They supposedly changed my oil, but just two weeks later the check engine light came on. When I checked the oil level, it didn't even reach the recommended minimum. I also had the battery changed, and within a month, the car started to fail to start. It turns out that the battery happened to be defective. I went to another shop for another oil and air filter change, and with less than 5k miles on it they told me they had never seen such a dirty oil and filter. Makes me wonder if they really did the change here. Also, a friend took his car in to fix a light and they didn't even seal the plastic properly; water got in and he ended up fixing it himself. So much distrust, so little professionalism. I won't come back.

My Jeep broke down with a bad alternator and battery at1:00am far from home. As Beardrd Bros was close by I had it towed to them. Best Decision Ever!! Daniel was fantastic! I showed up at 9:00am to explain the situation. He was very patient and understanding. They were able to get the Jeep into the shop immediately. Within a short amount of time Daniel called with a diagnostic and an extremely reasonable price. They had the Jeep fixed and returned by 12:30. This place is great! I had my daughters car towed here without knowing anything about Bearded Brothers. They informed me of a recall on Hyundai motors, which was quit beneficial because we got a new motor from Hyundai and then back to Bearded Brothers for some additional repairs. They are quick, reasonably priced and I will use them again. Highly recommend!

I have known Daniel and Ceaser for many years from a previous shop. The history I have with them had always been positive. I came to the shop around 12:30 on a weekday for a check engine light that was on. I was informed by Kevin that I would probably have to leave my car overnight because they were busy. The technician was able to show me exactly where the problem occurred . They were able to repair my car and get it back to me the same day. I'm very happy with the service I received and the fair price I paid for the repair. The technician and Kevin were great. I will always come to this shop for any car repairs. I’m really glad I’ve found Bearded Brothers! Ever since I moved to Carrollton almost 2 years ago, I’ve looked for a repair shop. I tried a couple of shops but all of them overcharged me, and even a shop charged me more than dealership repair shop. All of them tried to upsell services. Then I came across Bearded Brothers! After reading other reviewers on Google, Yelp and Nextdoor, I gave it a shot. On the day I stopped by the shop and explained to Daniel my car condition, and dropped off my car, I felt great relief! It is such a blessing that there is a great shop like Bearded Brothers in my neighborhood. Daniel and Cesar are very professional, attentive, nice and helpful mechanics that fix your vehicles right and their hourly rates are about two-thirds or half of those at dealerships and franchise shops. I highly recommend this place! [You will love their oil change sticker like I do!]

These guys really know what they are doing but what really makes them stand out is their honesty, top tier services, and reliability. It's like THE Dad of all auto shops because they're trustworthy and always looking out for you and your car. I chose to have my Lexus towed to Bearded Brothers randomly from a list of shops AAA recommended, and I was overly impressed with their professionalism, knowledge, customer service, timeliness, honesty and reasonable cost. I dealt with Daniel and Harley and they both went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. My car was in and out in under 24 hours and they finished my car sooner than they’d promised. I will definitely return for any future service needs and highly recommend them!

When I contacted the Bearded Brothers it was for them to diagnose my car and then fix the problem. I took the car, and they ‘fixed’ what they thought was wrong. Turns out, $600 later, and not even 24 hours after I picked up the car, the light turned back on. I called them, and I told them if I could take it back in so they can at least see what is actually wrong with the car because whatever they did initially didn’t work or wasn’t the problem, not even 24 hours passed and the light turned back on. When I took it in on Saturday, they said they would check it on Monday. The end of the day came around Monday, so I called to check the status, and they said they didn’t have time to check it. Delaying the process. So they called me on Tuesday and basically said that it’s an ‘unrelated’ problem and I would have to pay for another diagnostic fee to find out what was wrong with the car, mind you I paid $600 for them to diagnose and fix the issue. At that point, coming here was a waste of my time & money. I paid them to diagnose and fix the problem, but the issue wasn’t properly diagnosed, resolved and they wanted me to pay again. Very disappointing experience. I had hoped this was a trustworthy shop, but it feels like they care more about charging customers than actually keeping clients.

Couldn’t ask for a nicer couple of guys. They know their stuff, tell you when they think a dealership is taking you for a ride, and provide great and timely service. Cesar is a great dude and I trust him and his work implicitly. Had my 2019 serviced for the first time not at the dealer last week - both front and rear brakes - and they came in at a fraction of the cost of the dealership. Will be back for sure.

I first went to Bearded Brothers when my car broke down. I have AAA and they recommended the shop so I had my vehicle towed there the following day. After they were able to inspect the vehicle, they couldn’t find anything wrong with it. They test drove the vehicle and everything was normal. When I picked up my vehicle, they declined to charge me. Some time later, the same problem occurred, finally they were able to make the repairs. It ended up being far less expensive than the other shop I had used. BB is now my go-to garage for any car service I need.

Wow - glad I found these guys. I have a 2014 Honda Pilot and they keep it in tip top shape. They have done amazing work at reasonable prices. They’ve done windshield washer pump & jets, worked on my transmission, diagnostics, replaced spark plugs, inspection and so much more! Danny has come to the rescue more times than I can count. I usually come here for oil changes and inspections and have always had a good experience. This time I brought in a set of headlights that needed to be replaced and Luis helped me out. He was really kind, patient, and took the time to explain everything clearly. He gave me honest solutions and never made me feel like I was being overcharged or taken advantage of.
