I don't really review but this one is well deserved. I’ve been going to this Firestone for a couple of years, and John “Chico” Ortiz is a big part of why I keep coming back. The guy knows his job, handles business, and treats people right. He’s always professional, always on point, and never gives you any attitude or runaround. Chico’s energy is solid respectful, helpful, and consistent every single time. I highly recommend this Firestone. And when you go, make sure you ask for John “Chico” Ortiz-Cortez. Please, Please For The Best Tire Customer Service In The DFW Area you HAVE to ask for Chico. He is the Goat when it comes to knowledge pertaining to tires. Since buying my BMW I was told I had RFT. Me being a Newly Divorced female doesn’t know a whole lot about tires. Chico showed me the difference between RFT and a regular tire. He also applied several discounts, so instead of me only buying 2 tires I bought 4 tires. God is SOOO GOOD
