Evan was the person who assisted with my vehicle. I have a black 2021 Altima that had moderate front end damage to the driver side. The repair process was easy and painless. They repaired my car back to its original condition and gave me a time frame of 2 and a half weeks. Throughout the time that they had my car, I got text message updates to keep me updated on the progress and timeline. It took exactly two and a half weeks to repair my car and I was so shocked that they actually detailed the inside and outside of my car for me as well. The car looked good and smelled good, almost like I had just purchased it off the lot. I would definitely use this shop again (although I hope I never need to). Great service. This location repaired my car after a hit and run 3 1/2 years ago. One side of the bumper has been sticking out a bit. I drove up there earlier this week. Showed my receipt showing work was done there. A guy came out and looked at my bumper and said give him 15 minutes. He fixed it right away! He tightened up the bracket and I was on my way. I didn't make an appointment and he fixed it quickly. What great service! I highly recommend this place!

If I could give this shop zero stars, I would. I had to bring my vehicle back three times because of the terrible paint job, and each time they created new problems instead of fixing the original issue. The work was sloppy, rushed, and showed that they do not care about quality at all. On top of that, the staff was rude every time I pointed out the problems. After wasting over a month with them, they still never completed the job correctly—I had to take my truck to another body shop to fix their mistakes. This place is honestly the McDonald’s of body shops—cheap, careless, and all about quantity over quality. Save yourself the time, money, and stress. Do not trust them with your vehicle.

Caliber collision wouldn't even look at my car because it's a 2002 Miata and it was too old. Carstar let me bring it in the same day I called them and they got started on the work immediately. I needed my whole front end redone after I rear-ended a RAV4 and carstar did an amazing job blending my pretty unique paint color. Tim went above and beyond communicating every step of the way. Even though there were some delays in getting parts for my car and it wasn't done before I left town for the holidays, he arranged it so that I could pick up my vehicle after hours when I got back. He texted me pictures of the finished job while I was gone and dealt with insurance to make sure they didn't total it out. He even told me he would move my car in and out of the garage when it rained because it's a soft top. I was worried about some reviews mentioning joyriding but they only added 2 miles on my odometer 🙏. I'd give this shop 6/5 stars and recommend it to anyone.

Diego and his team at CARSTAR Mr. Collision did an excellent job repairing the bumper of my Infiniti QX60. This repair was necessary due to a rear-end collision with a Ford-150 pickup. I got my SUV back one day ahead of the projected repair schedule, and it was spotless, both inside and out. The CARSTAR Mr. Collision’s staff is very professional and diligent, and the waiting room, as well as other areas of the office, are immaculate. This will always be my go to place! I never liked going to car places at all. On top of that I have social anxiety. However everyone was welcoming and nice. They were communicative and got straight to the point vs other places that just give you bs. They fixed up my car and it looks brand new. On top of that o did ask for my wheels to be changed out and some other things. They were more than happy to help me out. I’m really glad I come here.
