The staff was awesome, considerate, understanding and professional. I mostly dealt with Diane she is an excellent source of information. John the new Manager was soooo nice. I lost my key and he took off a significant amount of money from my deductible. That was a Godsend because it's the holidays and every little bit counts. I really appreciated that kind gesture. Went into this Service King to fix my locks from a previous repair from a Service King in a different city. They accepted that warranty with no problem even though it wasn’t repaired at that location. They ordered the locks right after examining the issue, got my car done in the same day I dropped it off, and even fixed the other lock from a previous repair. The general manager was great and got everything done efficiently. Couldn’t ask for a better experience!

My experience with Service King was tremendous! I had several places turn me away for the repairs needed because they were “too busy” and service king took me right in even despite them looking very busy themselves. The time frame on repairs ended up coming out quicker than expected and they still did quality work. The customer service was stellar which is hard to find nowadays. Very polite people that gave me frequent updates on each stage of my repairs which gave me peace of mind. I highly recommend them for anyone needing auto repairs! Not pleased with this location. I was given a two-day estimate, and I dropped my vehicle off on Thursday, 5/15. The part was supposed to arrive no later than early that Friday on 5/16. I received no updates until I called the location on 5/19 asking in the status of my vehicle. If I had been notified that there was an issue with the delivery of the part to the location that day on 5/16, I would have returned the rental vehicle. I use my car for work, so this is hindering my job. This was supposed to be a simple fix of driver’s side mirror. UPDATE: The part that was installed the first time on 5/19 was incorrect, and I was notified that a new mirror was needing to be bought. On 5/21 that repair was completed. Now my drivers automatic window button is not functioning correctly, and there is a noticeable rattle of the door panel when I drive.

Be aware they like to go through your car and steal stuff ! Then tell you they will look at the cameras .. they never called me back and they didn't care that someone stole stuff out of my Jeep ! It's pretty disgusting that you can't even take your car in to get fixed without some sick person going through it and thinking it ok to steal stuff Furious

They did a great job of repairing my Nissan Truck, the paint was perfect and blend in. They even clean my truck which was a plus. Now reason for 3 star instead of 5? Well I was told I can pick up the truck since it’s finished and only thing left was them to order low profile window deflectors or known as rain guard and was told 2 weeks. They never called me so I called them, they said after week. Now it been more than a month no word from them. They dont care about you once you sign the paper and left, so to anyone never sign the paper until everything is fixed. I could call the insurance and tell them about since it was paid by them but I’m not going to do that since I believe in Karma. I have already bought the part and did it myself.

I took my car here for an estimate after someone hit/side swiped it. Becca was not only friendly and knowledgeable, but she went above and beyond to buff out all the paint damage on my door free of charge! I'm so grateful for her help and impressed how much she managed to get off. She gave me the run down on my options afterwards too since there's still a few scratches and other damage. It really makes your day when people are nice and want to help you, especially when dealing with insurance claims. Highly recommend this place! Edit 8/27: It took a very long time to get my car repaired. They did provide estimates but it was pushed back several times. They also forgot a part for my door which required me to have to take it back. All in all, it took over a month to be completed.

I found this shop because my vehicle was hit and this place is a State Farm recommended repair center. Initially I was impressed with their customer service and with how informed they kept me throughout the repair process; however, my experience after receiving my "repaired" vehicle quickly changed my opinion. A minor issue was the door that was replaced was covered in white residue which should have been cleaned off before being returned to me but wasn't. The more serious issues can be seen in the pictures I have included. The rubber tube that lines the border of the door (I think it is called a weather strip) was not properly attached and just comes off basically by itself. Another issue is they detached a wire that connects to my back window while replacing the quarter panel and just left it detached (pics show where the wire should be and the opposing window that has the wire attached). Additionally, one of the protective rubber mats is missing from my trunk and weirdly enough my toll tag is now gone. I brought the vehicle back 2 weeks ago to point out these problems and was promised they would be taken care of. One week goes by and I didn't hear anything so I called and was told I would get an update in the next couple of days. Now that it has been 2 weeks without any phone call or update it is clear that they are blowing off these issues. My next step is to contact State Farm to inform them that the work being done by one of their recommended shops is completely unsatisfactory, especially considering they got paid roughly $17k for this job. I would advise any State Farm client, or really anyone in general, to steer clear of this place. Update: after leaving this review, Crash Champions reached out and addressed the issues. Although the process was frustrating and took far longer than it should have, at the end of the day they made it right so I have increased their rating to 3 stars.
