Took my car here for a check engine light due to the evap system. They tried multiple common issues and while they were unable to diagnose and fix the issue, they get 5 stars for their excellent customer service and communication. After several attempts by them to fix the issue, they advised me to go to the dealership for a diagnosis from there before any further unnecessary repairs were completed. They were transparent and honest the entire way and I trust them with all future repairs needed.

I brought my Nissan Leaf in for a diagnostic on the suspension because I knew something was off. They got me in quickly, let me know what was wrong (it was what I thought it was), and located an additional problem with the brakes (which I also knew I needed to get check, but forgot to ask). Took my older car here for A/C repair and they did a excellent job. I wanted 2 wait 2 do this review to test it out in this TX hot summer weather. In a 104 degrees it got so cold I had 2 turn it off for a few minutes. Francisco has great customer service . The inside of the customer service area is clean. If I'm giving 5 stars that means they did a fantastic job. It's a Euro shop but my car is domestic so they work on all cars , foreign or domestic.

I went in to get a part replaced. Had them do the diagnostic to make sure it was the issue. Sure enough it was. I told them to find me the part and i would come back the following week to replace the part. My schedule was complicated and i needed the car but i didnt mind coming back with a following appointment. Anyways, i never heard back. Im still curious as to why. Maybe they didnt find the part. Who knows, but i still need the part replaced so im going to a different place.

5 Star Review Earned, here are my reasons. They have integrity, I had taken my my 330i to another shop at first, and they provided a free assessment, they provided measurements on my break pads/rotors because the price seemed unreasonable I found Euro Auto Repair and had them provide a second opinion, the provided me an inspection report with the drift caliper which had completely different measurements than the competitor. The time of the repair was 1 business day, which was great, and they offered me a ride home which I needed since my wife was at work. I highly recommend Euro Auto Group and will find them for my next service need.

Great service. Took my SQ5 in for an oil change and everything was great. Mark is super friendly and makes sure you’re satisfied with the service. Later, I noticed oil on the pavement under the car after taking it home and not driving it. In the past I had issues with the crush washer that leaked, so decided to bring it back to have them check it out. I called and Mark said to bring it in and they would prioritize it. Once they got it in the air, there was oil on the plug but it was inconclusive whether it was oil that splashed up from the skid plate or if it was actually leaking. They changed my oil, cleaned the skid plate, and put in a steel washer so shouldn’t have any further issues. Also a nice place to hang out and get work done with many outlets. Will be back

This place is a scam! Please avoid them as they will take forever to repair and come up with surprise repair later on after repairing is complete. Strange thing is they got rude and threatened that I can not move my vehicle when I said I’ll go elsewhere if there’s any problem. After that after first repair was complete as they found in diagnostics which came to 3500 approx , they came with major steering replacement which is 5000 repair. It’s just surprising that hitting a curb due to icy road which was not even major impact came up to be this huge repair cost… I would say be careful before taking your car to them. My car is pretty standard a3 2023 repair came to almost 50% value is actually very shocking and traumatic experience on top of it because of this dishonest shop that will waste almost a month of your time for what should have been less than a week repair. These people are clearly discriminating based on your race and religion!!

Absolutely exorbitant pricing. Stopped by for a quote on a wheel alignment. 280 for a wheel alignment for 2010 e350?!! Insane!! Had a nice last working in the front. I asked for a price and she left to get some kid who seemed like he has driven too many energy drinks. He couldn’t even get his words out. Obviously illiterate when it comes to cars. Especially ones that brand themselves “Euro” specialists. The new ownership is pathetic. Go see Chris down the street at European Car Care. $100 and they give you a before and after printout as well. TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!!
