DACC is the only body shop I’ll take my vehicles to! The owner (Antonio) and entire team are the most helpful and professional group of people you’ll ever meet. When I took my wife’s SUV there for some body work, they politely informed me that they did not think they would be able to get the work done in time for us to drive her SUV on our family vacation to California. We had resigned ourselves to a much less comfortable trip in my pickup. However, they were able to surprise us by getting it done ahead of time, allowing us to make the long road trip in my wife’s much roomier SUV. Since then, they have done an excellent job repairing hail damage, crunched door, and even helped me snap the top cap back onto my tailgate when I stopped by on my lunch break. I recommend DACC to all my friends and family because I know they’ll be taken care of!

From the start they made getting my grandmothers car fixed fast , easy and beyond convenient! We worked with Devin, he walked us step by step through the whole process. Our experience and expectations were exceeded! We knew the car would be fixed but it was so much more, not only was it fixed they cleaned and detailed the car for my grandmother and honestly, it looked better than it did when she bought the car. They also did an inspection to make sure everything else throughout the engine and all the electronic components were working ! My grandmother had tears of joy when she saw her car ! I would 100% recommend them and Devin to everyone !

Everyone at DAC consistently treated me like a highly valued customer. For example, Angel proactively gave me status updates throughout the repair process and patiently answered every question I had. It's clear that customer service is a priority for DAC. And their work product: Outstanding. The driver's side of my car was pretty torn up, and when they were finished it was perfect -- the doors were precisely aligned, the paint was perfectly matched, everything looks and works just as if the car was brand new. I couldn't be happier.

10/10. As an Alfa Romeo owner, it’s hard to find a repair shop in the DFW Area that can work on body repairs without having to go to Grandbury Nissan and breaking the bank. Dealership Autoplex did an excellent Job with the repairs. The front bumpers looks well done. They were easy to communicate with and they also kept me updated every step of the way. The repairs and finishing is top notch. Also, when I picked up my car, it felt new. The cleaning and detailing was immaculate. I would definitely recommend anyone looking for repairs to chose Dealership Autoplex.

This review is long overdue. My experience started out well here but ended terribly with Antonio and DACC. My car was stolen in Jan 2024 , recovered, and sent to DACC on a very highly recommended reference. After 4 1/2 months and 11.5K from my insurance company, I got my car back with no AC. They blame the Compressor /condenser and insurance would not cover it. Turns out neither was the issue. It’s electrical and DACC never reconnected the wires correctly. I still have no AC. Additionally . Sensors in the front and rear of car were never calibrated correctly. Lights on dashboard light up Like s Christmas tree. Still dealing with both issues. They told me they had brought the car to one of their Mitsubishi dealerships to fix AC. Yet no evidence was presented from dealership. A good experience turned out horribly. AVOID DACC

Back on July 4th I hit a semi tire that had blown out and was covering the road. I wasn't able to avoid it and it did significant damage to my front end. Long story short State Farm put me in touch with this collision center & I couldn't be happier with the service that was provided. Angel & Antonio were very professional and easy to speak with. They always kept me informed of the progress throughout the entire ordeal. I highly recommend this collision center for anyone needing this type of service. Thank you Angel & Antonio, very much. Antonio and his team at D.A.C.C. did a full chrome delete and blackout on my 2024 Yukon: grille, trim, handles, badges, running boards, and tint. The truck came back looking like it rolled off the lot as a factory black edition. What stood out most was the attention to detail and clear communication. Antonio explained the process, gave me realistic expectations, and delivered exactly on time. It’s hard to find a shop that does true paint-based blackout work (not wraps or shortcuts), but these guys do it right. Highly recommend if you want a clean, professional finish.

This was my 1st experience with Dealership Autoplex Collison Center ("DACC"). I was refered to this place by State Farm and I can't describe how happy I was with my 1st experience with their staff and work. Starting with my 1st conversation with Kaitlyn, the receptionist, then my conversations with Angel who worked on my vehicle and my final conversation with Antonio Sanchez, the Director at the time I picked up my vehicle, I had a very good experience with everyone. Angel explained to me how the process works, he gave the estimated time when the work would be completed, he kept good communication with me by text to let me know the progress on my vehicle repair and he gave me my vehicle back 4 days before the promised date. He also followed up with me to make sure everything was okay in my vehicle and to make sure that I was fully satisfied with their work. DACC did excellent job on my vehicle repair, all the staff that I met there were very friendly, courteous, professional, with credibility in their word, honest, they gave me my vehicle very neat & clean by doing detail cleaning than the condition I had given it to them. Angel also went some extra mileage on my vehicle by correcting some paint damage that had occurred during my normal driving. I would 100% recommend Dealership Autoplex Collison Center to my family and friends if their need arise.
