These guys are incredible. The Customer Service is off the roofs. I think they’re fairly priced too. I will definitely go back again and recommend my friends about this place. Update: just like the previous review mentioned. I also feel like my car drives better than before. As a matter of fact I feel like I never got this kind of performance from my car in years. Took my car here for a B service on my Mercedes S560 and had a wonderful experience. I was helped by Ivan, who was an amazing service advisor professional, honest, and easy to work with. They didn’t try to oversell me on anything and even had a special running would you believe a full B service on an S-Class for under $350? On top of that, they arranged a Lyft drop-off, which made the whole process seamless. Highly recommend.

Very, very nice location, great lobby and amenities. Doesn’t feel stuffy or pretentious, like Sewell or Park Place. Master technicians like Mike Ozmun, not just oil change tire rotation guys. I would let them work on anything from a BMW X5 to Lamborghini Huracan.

I have been a Blair client since 2019. They used to work on my Audi R8. Yesterday, I took in a G63 for a PPI. Shelton is the man! He made sure the process went seamlessly. Upon Completion, he sat down with me and thoroughly went through the report. The report was so detailed, they might as well have disassembled the entire car. Suffice to say, Blair will now be servicing my Huracan Evo and my G63.

Blair auto was recommended to me at the parts store. They specialize in European cars. Well, I brought a Toyota Corolla in that had a messed up steering column and rack and pinion was bent. They literally assessed it within an hour showed me exactly what was wrong told me exactly what they were gonna do and fixed it in two days. I purchased a used foreign vehicle in October of 2025, the Carfax report was helpful and indicated that the vehicle had been serviced. Blair Automotive previously was showed on the report as servicing the vehicle. I contacted Blair Automotive and Shelton was very helpful with scheduling my appointment, once I arrived I was greeted, made to feel comfortable, give a walk through of the service area, introduced to the automotive technician who went over and explained any deficiencies and recommendations about my vehicle. Ultimately I was happy and satisfied with my experience with Blair Automotive.

I’ve been coming to Blair’s for over 3 years, and I wouldn’t trust my car with anyone else. They are always honest, trustworthy, and never try to upsell unnecessary services. The team truly takes excellent care of my car. During my recent oil change, they not only serviced the car but also gave it a wash, which I always appreciate. My consultant, Tyger, was extremely helpful and kind he even offered me an Uber when I mentioned I had another appointment and was short on time. I’ve also been taking my BMW specifically to Andrew, and he is hands down the best technician there. He consistently does an outstanding job, and I couldn’t be happier with the service I’ve received at Blair’s.

First time taking my GTI to Blair and I couldn’t have been more impressed. My service advisor Russell was fantastic and gave me all the information I needed about a service before I came in and got it done and even talked to me about pros and cons for doing other services over the one I got done.
