Had to buy shocks for a friend's car. They lowered the price and came close enough to the online price that I bought my shocks here. Staff was friendly and helpful. I'd recommend them if asked.

I needed my battery checked since I had to jump it off after work. The salesman was nice and checked it and said it was bad and I needed a new one. He proceeded to tell me that due to the location of the battery and liability they were not allowed to change it out for me and I would have to find another place to do that.I drive a Honda Pilot and I told him I have had the battery changed out before at AutoZone. He told me he wasn't pawning this off it was due to liability. This was after 8pm and this location closed at 9pm. I feel that this guy just didn't want to mess with it. I went to AutoZone down the street and the salesman there promptly told me yes he could switch it out quickly and they were very easy to change out. Took about 20 mins total.....

One of the helpful staff was able to look up simple parts that I needed, and offer honest advice on pros and cons to the items in their stock, including price versus value. I'm always well taken care of by O'Reilly staff!

My battery died, got it jump started and was told I needed a new battery. I headed to the Josey O'Reilly Auto Parts store, and Longjii, the Assistant Manager, was quick to provide me the correct battery, install it, and also check my alternator to ensure other factors were not the cause of my dead battery. I appreciated his customer service and assistance in ensuring my new battery would not soon become a dead one. Thank you!

I went in to this location today to buy motor oil and have my engine light checked. Two people were working and said they would be right with me. They proceeded to move around store while the other attendant went back and forth to the back of the store. About five minutes later one of them came back to counter to answer the phone, while i remained standing at the cashier counter waiting. I left my purchases on counter and left. Went down the street to AutoZone and received much better service.

Very Disrespectful. While at the counter, the guy was helping me, then the phone rang, he just picked up and started talking to what seems like another customer on the phone, all this right in front of me as if I was not even there. I terminated my business and walked out the store. These people are not worth it

I've noticed that some of these places I have not visit some of the places I passed by them. O'Reilly I did go by there something like a month ago or a month-and-a-half ago and Carrollton the one off of marsh and Frankfort. My visit they helped me out tremendously they check my car at the time and told me I need a new battery which we replace and also my check engine light came on also since then I had to get another car because of the motor of the car that I had at the time was no more. The staff is very helpful they have very good work skills and I also they were very friendly to us. The work that they do to help what's a problem that you have with your vehicle then who look at the prices for that I don't have a problem because it's worth it. Well I return to the store yes we will thank you so much for helping us :-)

I take care of my elderly mom’s car which needed a replacement battery. The store manager and the technician Joel were great! They took out the dead battery and installed & replaced the battery which was under warranty still, with a new one in only 10-15 minutes! Thank you so much!! Great customer service!

Started coming here over AutoZone because all the employees at O’Reillys are much more informative about car parts and stuff like that to be honest with you. I feel a lot more comfortable buying parts here for the knowledge that they supply.

I've never had a bad experience with this location. In fact, the staff has always been pleasant and I recently had the pleasure of meeting Roderick, the assistant manager. He went above and beyond to help me with my car battery. My car died right in front of the busy intersection next to the shopping center. He saw me and helped me and another gentleman push my car towards the store. He was very helpful and showed great customer service. I definitely recommend this place to everyone that has car need.

Workers show very little drive or motivation, especially when it comes to having to look up parts/tools. Went in looking for an M8 x 1.25 Helicoil, showed they had it in stock. They spent some time half-assed looking for the part, then blatantly ignored me when I had other tools to checkout/ring up. The level of professionalism and drive to help out customers is not there, they lack it all. This is why I almost always just go straight to the HUBs, these other branches get staffed by complete slackers. Not to mention I hold a professional mechanic account with Oreilly’s. This is unacceptable. I’ll much rather order online from RockAuto, save money and delay my parts getting to me by a day than to have to deal with workers like that.

My battery was toast and smoking, so for safety sake they had to wait about an hour before swapping it out. Starting like new again. Thank you!

I was in your store today 10/20/2025 and was waited on by Graham. He is a fine young man and a complement to your customer image. I'm a really old guy but he treated me with courtesy and respect.

Subject: Poor Customer Service Experience at This O’Reilly Location Dear O’Reilly Management and patrons, I am writing to express my disappointment with the customer service at this location. It does not uphold the O’Reilly brand standards in terms of customer service, overall experience, or basic courtesy. Neither the woman behind the counter nor the older gentleman with white hair extended a welcome to any of the customers present and showed no desire to show me where the razor blades and windshield chip filler was. I wanted to use my Military ID and he asked for the last 3 of my military number were. We don’t release that number to anyone. My home location has never needed that number. I called my home location and he told me that was nothing he’s ever heard of and to just drive there to see him. I walked out without my purchases and am headed to my Hometown O’Riley Auto Parts. As a result, I will not be returning to this store, and I would advise others to seek alternative locations for a better experience. This incident occurred at approximately 3:50 PM on December 19, 2025.
